My Air France flight on 12/16, Flight [redacted], was cancelled. I was rebooked on Delta Flight [redacted] to Amsterdam and KLM Flight [redacted] to Madrid without my consent. I have concerns about connecting flights due to potential risks of losing money and having no recourse if any issues arise. I have attempted to cancel online without success. Contacted [redacted], but it was not in service. I then reached out to [redacted], but was informed they couldn't assist with cancellation. I want to avoid being charged for a flight that was rebooked without my permission.

I took a flight from Minneapolis to Mumbai with confirmation # GENI8K. Upon arrival in Mumbai from Paris on flight AF0218 on 13/12/[redacted] at 12:25 am, I realized my suitcase was missing. I completed a Delayed Bag Report form before leaving the airport, with reference #BOMAF70697. I had an Apple AirTag tracker in my bag, indicating it's now in Douala Int'l Airport, Cameroon. The departure gate in Paris was M49 for our Mumbai flight; there was also an Air France flight AF958 leaving Gate M28 around the same time with a stop in Douala. Please look into this matter further.

My reservation code is LUI638. During my flight from Zurich to San Pedro Sula, my luggage did not make it to San Pedro. I reported the luggage loss there but have not heard anything since. The layover in Paris was likely too short. However, nothing has arrived so far, and there is no one responsible at the airport. The luggage should be sent to the following hotel: Hotel Casa Del Arbol Centro San Pedro Sula Please keep me updated on the situation. Thank you

I am reaching out about our Air France booking with reference code 3SIAQL for four passengers traveling from SEA to DXB with a connection in CDG. Our original destination was Abu Dhabi, but due to a flight delay, we were rerouted to Dubai, resulting in us missing our connection flight. We have filed baggage claim reports with Emirates at Dubai Airport for three missing checked bags from SEA. The bag tags for the missing luggage are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], which were checked through from Seattle to Abu Dhabi. Emirates has had difficulty obtaining updates from Air France/Delta regarding the current location of our bags in Paris. We are stranded in a foreign country (UAE) without our essentials and clothing, making this a distressing and unfortunate experience for us.

I am disappointed with the service I received after my bag got lost on my journey from Oslo to Bangkok. I was informed that the bag was found and would be on the next flight to Bangkok after I left Oslo on December 19th. However, despite tracking the bag to Bangkok on December 21st as per your website, I have not yet received it. My hotel also has no information about the bag. This situation is unacceptable as the bag contains important medicine and all my belongings. The customer service number provided on your website has been unresponsive all day, adding to my frustrations. I urgently need to know when I will get my bag back. Please contact me at +[redacted]9 or reply to my email.Thank you, Thomas Lidell

Dear Sir and Madam, My wife and I traveled on December 22, [redacted], from FOR-CDG to CDG-HAM in BUSINESS CLASS (J), with e-Ticket [redacted][redacted] and Booking/Reservation 4ZG246, and had an excellent flight. Unfortunately, upon arriving in Hamburg, we were shocked to discover that one of our pieces of luggage, cod. [redacted] AF [redacted], weighing 11 kg, was missing. This luggage contained essential items such as an electrical charger for a hearing aid, medications for both myself and my wife, and other necessary items for our daily needs. As senior citizens aged 80 and 76, some of these medications are vital for our daily health. After waiting for nearly four hours, we were met with inconsiderate staff who failed to prioritize our situation. I was eventually able to obtain a document, HAMAF [redacted], to report the missing luggage. I kindly request the assistance of your reputable airline in locating and returning our lost luggage promptly to prevent any further health complications or inconvenience during our stay in Europe. Respectfully, Prof. William Gomes Vale

I missed my flight to France from MIA on 12/24/23 due to a canceled connecting flight to MIA. Stranded in Houston, I tried to cancel my Air France "Flex" ticket for a refund before the flight departed; however, the app only showed around $[redacted] as refundable out of the $[redacted] ticket price. I attempted to request a voucher through the app unsuccessfully. After reaching out to Air France on WhatsApp due to the after-hours French contact number, I eventually obtained a US number. Upon calling, I was abruptly disconnected. Frustrated with the lack of assistance, I aimed to resolve the refund/voucher matter with a live representative given the significant portion of the ticket cost that was non-refundable. As I still have a return flight to MIA on 12/31, I am eager to achieve a resolution before this upcoming flight.

I am Rabi Mohtar, a Flying Blue Platinum member with the number: [redacted]. On December 7, I traveled from Houston to Paris with ticket number: AF/ETKT [redacted][redacted]-86 (Houston - Paris - Beirut). I then connected to Marrakesh with e-ticket number: AF/ETKT [redacted][redacted] (Paris - Marrakech). Before my journey in the US, I contacted Air France multiple times to ensure that upon checking in from Marrakesh, my bags and boarding passes would be issued through to Beirut, considering the flight from Paris to Beirut is code-shared with Middle East Airlines. Upon my arrival in Marrakesh on December 12, I confirmed with Air France that they would check me in all the way to Beirut, with no additional steps needed from my end. However, during my recent check-in in Marrakesh, I was informed that my bag could only be checked through to Paris, requiring me to claim my luggage, go through security, and check in again. Despite assurances of assistance in Paris, I had to manage the process on my own. When I approached the Sky Priority team for check-in, I was redirected to the Middle East counter, causing last-minute stress. The lack of seamless assistance and communication has been disappointing, as I am accustomed to better service with Air France. This incident highlighted the need for improved coordination and information sharing. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Your attention to these service gaps is crucial for ensuring passenger satisfaction and efficiency in travel services. Sincerely, Rabi

Hello, I booked a flight with Air France from SDF to DTW, AMD to ARN in October [redacted]. I had business class to ARN and premium on the return. Three days before my departure, I contacted customer service because I was having trouble ordering a vegan meal online. The representative, Jordan, informed me that I couldn't order the meal because I was on standby for the trip. Despite having paid with my credit card and having my itinerary and E-ticket number, Jordan stated there were 23 people on standby ahead of me and to secure my flight, I needed to pay an additional $[redacted].86. I reluctantly paid this amount on my credit card. After the trip, I checked my credit card statement and found the $[redacted].86 charge was made to "Wayfarer Destination" instead of Air France. I have reported this to my credit card company for dispute. I tried calling Air France customer service at [redacted], but was directed to a UK number, ([redacted])-[redacted]. I've tried calling this number multiple times, but haven't been able to reach anyone as the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes. Thank you.

On the 3rd of January, I travelled from New Delhi to Toronto via Paris with the following flights: New Delhi to Paris on Flight DL [redacted] and Paris to Toronto on Flight DL [redacted] operated by Air France. Upon reaching Toronto, my luggage was missing, and I promptly filled out a PIR form with the number YYZAF71397 at Pearson Airport. Attached is a copy of the form for your reference. It is disappointing that such a renowned airline misplaced my baggage. As a student, this was my first visit to Canada, and I am currently without warm clothes, shoes, and essential items needed in this cold weather. My baggage is still missing, causing me inconvenience and extra expenses. I am requesting €[redacted], as per the Montreal Treaty, to be reimbursed to my account within a week for the troubles faced. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will proceed with filing a claim. I also kindly ask for your assistance in locating my missing luggage and arranging for its delivery to my address.

Subject: Urgent Attention Required Regarding Missing Goods Shipment Dear Sir, On the 16th of December, our company's goods were transferred from GLA to Man with the expectation of reaching Mauritius by the 18th of December. However, to our dismay, the goods have not arrived and are currently missing. For further inquiries, please contact me via email at [redacted] or phone at +[redacted]1. Hi, I'm Diallo Ibrahima. I received an email from Air France on January 26, [redacted], stating that my luggage had arrived at Conakry airport. I went to collect it the same night but was informed that it had not arrived, despite the email indicating otherwise. Since arriving in Conakry on January 14, [redacted], one of my suitcases has been missing. The green suitcase weighs around 55 pounds and contains 7 pairs of NIKE shoes, 3 pairs of jeans, medications, a purse, a wallet, women's shoes, cosmetics, and jewelry in a box. The suitcase tag number is [redacted], and I have two claim numbers: CKYAF42568 (provided at the airport) and CKYAF42561 (from the recent email). Please assist me in locating my luggage. For further assistance, I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

Upon arriving at JFK, my suitcase was lost and arrived almost 48 hours later. Upon opening it, I discovered that all the items inside were smashed up. The expensive hat box, meant to protect the hat, was damaged as if something heavy was dropped on it. This caused the expensive religious hat inside to also be ruined. Additionally, a shirt had a permanent stain, a gift for my brother and sister-in-law was damaged, along with a religious prayer book and a pair of pants. All the items were stained and unusable, which was extremely disappointing. It seems like mishandling occurred during the luggage transfer process. After trying to contact AirFrance both by phone and email, we have been directed to email only and have been receiving only automated responses.

I recently received an email from Air France confirming my refund, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive the funds. My interaction with them has been ongoing for 6 months. Initially, I requested a date change for my travel plans due to a family member contracting Covid. Despite Air France's assurance of no change fees in such circumstances, my ticket was canceled, and the $[redacted].00 refund was not processed, an amount which took me 3 years to save. Contacting my credit card company did not yield results, prompting me to file a complaint with the US Department of Travel, who successfully intervened. Subsequently, I was supposed to receive a follow-up email to designate the account for the refund, which I never received. I am unsure of the next steps to resolve this issue and seek guidance on my rights in this matter.

I lost my passport on Air France flight AF115 on February 22, [redacted], and reported it to Lost & Found at CDG. They located the document on February 28, [redacted], and sent me an email. I paid €12 to verify its ownership but am now being asked for €88.79 to have it mailed to my address in San Diego, California, USA. Despite the document's minimal weight, I understand the shipping cost, but as a senior citizen housewife, the €89 charge is difficult for me. I am willing to cover the cost for standard air mail postage. Please reconsider the shipping fees for the return of my passport. You can contact me at [redacted] [ref# L&F listing T-H050797] for further discussion. Thank you. Mrs. Prema Narasimhan.

Reference LMBY3B: Air France Flight from Toulouse to Venice. Our journey from Toulouse to Paris was impacted by an Air France cancellation, resulting in being rebooked on an earlier flight. However, our connecting flight from Paris to Venice was rescheduled without notification or consultation, leading to an undesired 6-hour layover and delayed arrival in Venice. We would like to request an earlier Paris to Venice flight without incurring any additional fees, as these changes were not initiated by us. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ref: LMBY3B Air France flight Toulouse to Venice on May 29. Our initial flight from Toulouse to Paris was canceled by Air France, resulting in our rebooking on an earlier flight. Surprisingly, the connecting flight from Paris to Venice was changed to a later time without informing us. This adjustment has led to an undesirable six-hour layover in Paris and a delayed arrival in Venice, which is disappointing. To resolve this matter, we are requesting Air France to offer us an earlier flight from Paris to Venice at no extra cost, considering that we did not request these schedule modifications. Thank you.

I would like to arrange for my pets to fly from Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport to Accra Airport in Ghana on either April 26th, 27th, or 28th, ideally landing during the daytime to facilitate my onward journey to Cape Coast. The pets consist of one 6lbs regular house tabby cat, two 11lbs Maine Coon cats (one male and one pregnant female due to give birth before March 15th), along with a 12-week-old German Shepherd puppy. I believe they will need to travel in the cargo hold due to their sizes. I am also concerned about shipping the pregnant cat without her kittens, as she doesn't do well without them. The specific travel date is April 27th.

I am reaching out because I did not receive one of my bags from the PVQGKP flight I took from DTW to CDG. I filed a claim at CDG Airport with the reference number CDGAF21065 for two bags, but only one has been located. I believe the missing bag is already in France. I made an error by not filing separate claims for each bag, one under my name and the other under my husband's name. I attempted to update the claim online, but since more than 48 hours have passed since my flight, the system does not recognize my reservation number. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
