I would like to share my recent experience with using Affirm to make a purchase through Dyson. Yesterday, when I spoke with a Dyson representative, I encountered an issue on the Dyson website that prevented me from making a purchase directly. The Dyson team was really helpful and applied the discount for me. They created an order and sent me a pay-by-link option via email. To proceed with using Affirm for this purchase, I was advised to get a digital card. However, I am struggling to locate this digital card option. When I attempted to contact the 'Care Team' through the Affirm app chat on my phone, I faced difficulty with the sign-in link. Despite already being signed in, the link was unresponsive, and I couldn't find an alternative way to connect with a customer service representative. I have an approved credit limit of up to $[redacted] and would greatly appreciate assistance in obtaining the digital card to complete my purchase. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I had been prequalified to make a purchase with Affirm on Walmart's website. However, when my daughter accidentally entered her card number instead of mine, an error occurred, and now it cannot identify me even though I was already approved. I really need them to update the information so I can input my payment details and proceed with buying Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. This payment method is the only way I can afford these gifts through installments.

Today, I received a call from someone claiming my power would be cut off due to non-payment following an earlier outage. They had my last 4 digits of my SSN but didn't ask for money. A text from affirm.com provided a code to open an investigation. Feeling suspicious, I contacted Duke Energy and reported the incident. I purchased an item online from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Scranton, PA yesterday and collected it from the store today. However, I received a text from Affirm stating I have insufficient balance on my borrowed card. The total amount for the purchase, including tax, was $[redacted] USD, and I loaded my virtual card with $[redacted] USD. Affirm is now requesting $[redacted] USD, which includes interest. The monthly payment will be $[redacted] USD, but I did not include the interest in the virtual card. How can I create a virtual card or proceed in this situation?

I have been a customer for over two years and have always made timely payments on my accounts. Due to health issues in August, I had to file for bankruptcy, but I did not include my Affirm accounts. I have been diligently paying off the remaining balance of approximately $[redacted] on three accounts. I paid $42.00 over a week ago to settle my purchase. However, the payment is still pending and shows an overdue amount of $0.07. Due to this, I can't access the Affirm app, especially during the Christmas season. I've always been timely with my payments and have been an Affirm customer for years. I'm confused why this issue persists. During my call, I received disrespectful treatment, which was disappointing. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I closed my account last year and was assured that my information wouldn't be kept. However, I received an email from Affirm. I am requesting for the second time that all my information be deleted. I do not authorize the storage of any of my details.
When Affirm decided to stop providing loans for My Pillow products, I closed my account. Your business is about loaning money, not imposing political views. I do not wish to be involved in any political discussions. People borrow money, people pay back, it should be simple. If you continue to retain my information or reach out to me after this message, I will seek legal advice.

I purchased a TV from Walmart using Affirm and was approved for the full amount without a down payment. Unfortunately, the TV was defective and had to be returned. It has been over two weeks, and the replacement TV has not been received. Walmart then canceled my order and instructed me to place a new order. However, the new order now requires a down payment. Additionally, my Affirm account still shows a balance for the first TV. Will this outstanding balance prevent me from getting the new TV with the full approved amount? How long will it take for the balance to be removed from my account to enable the full approval for the new purchase?

I did not create an account with Affirm. I discovered 2 unauthorized transactions on my Verizon account. I have informed Verizon to cancel the orders. I now need to reach out to Affirm to cancel any unauthorized orders and find out where they came from. I also want to close the account as I did not authorize any purchases with Affirm. I am actively monitoring any unauthorized purchases.

I have tried to verify my account multiple times in order to change my phone number. Every time I attempt to do so, I am unable to access my account. Despite receiving a message saying I would be contacted within 2 days, it has been 30 days and the phone number change still has not been successfully completed. My original number was [redacted] and I am trying to update it to [redacted]. I am frustrated and considering seeking legal assistance to resolve this issue as I have been unable to reach anyone for help.

I am having trouble accessing my account as I seem to be stuck in a login loop. Every time I provide my phone number to receive a four-digit access code via text, I receive the code, but when I enter it, I am directed to create a new account instead of accessing my existing one. However, when I try to create a new account, the system informs me that an account with that information already exists, and the cycle repeats endlessly. I have tried to reach out for help through chat, but the automated system just prompts me to log in, exacerbating the issue. I am incredibly frustrated and find the lack of human support extremely unhelpful.

I recently had an item in my order cancelled because it was out of stock by the seller. They mentioned in an email that they issued a refund for my original payment method used on Amazon. During the initial purchase, I was approved for a payment plan through Affirm. The seller now says the item is back in stock and I can reorder it. I am concerned about being double charged and want to know how I can ensure that doesn't happen. Also, I am unsure how to add this new order to my existing Affirm payment plan. Hello, I appreciate your attention to this matter. I made a hotel reservation through Priceline and utilized Affirm for payment. While I appreciate the ease of their payment plan, I am concerned about the negative reviews regarding the cleanliness and safety of the Laquinta hotel I booked. Some guests mentioned filthy rooms and hallways, which is particularly worrying in the current situation with COVID-19. Another alarming review mentioned two break-ins during a guest's stay. Priceline states the reservation is non-refundable, but suggested I reach out to them if I encounter these issues upon arrival. Recent reviews highlight ongoing problems at the hotel. If the conditions match these reviews, I will request a refund to choose alternative accommodation. Staying in an unsatisfactory hotel for a week is highly undesirable. The hotel in question is Laquinta airport south in Charlotte, NC, and reviews are posted on various websites including Trip Advisor. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. This is my second try to get assistance with this matter. I had ordered an item that was out of stock, resulting in the seller canceling the order and issuing a credit. After contacting them, they informed me about this through email. The item is now back in stock, and I was instructed by the seller to place a new order. I have done so, but I want to ensure that I will not be charged twice for an item that I have not yet received. As of now, none of the items have been delivered to me.

I got a notification that my external account was successfully connected to Affirm. However, when I checked my linked accounts, it showed failed. After contacting customer service, they emailed me requesting transfer details from Affirm to the external account, which is the opposite of what I want to do. I am trying to transfer money into Affirm, not the other way around. It's confusing that my account shows as linked successfully but I can't proceed with the transfer.
