I attempted to update my phone number about three weeks ago, and since then, I haven't been able to access my account. Despite trying to resolve this through three phone calls with different representatives, no progress has been made. I was told a week ago that an issue with having two accounts had been addressed and that I would regain access within a week, but that deadline has now passed with no resolution.

I didn't intend to open an account, but it seems to have happened when I was shopping for a new phone with Puretalk. I wasn't aware that Affirm operates separately with an account credit limit. I would like to close this account promptly. Kindly confirm the closure of my account. Additionally, the lack of customer service representatives available by phone makes it inconvenient to communicate with any company, including yours.

I recently got denied on Affirm, but I noticed that the reason provided is based on an older credit score from October [redacted] (score: [redacted]) even though my current score as of December 30, [redacted] is now [redacted]. It would be helpful if this information could be updated to reflect my current credit score so I can have a more accurate understanding of the credit terms and conditions used to determine my denial. I have checked Transunion, and my latest score is consistent with the higher number.

My name is Mary Roman Hernández, and I applied with you and was approved. I had $[redacted] to use. I bought an electric skateboard at Walmart, there were two, but only one was available, so I bought another to have both, and the previous one was cancelled. The second one I ordered arrived, but I returned it because I needed two for my two girls. I made my first payment, but I don't have the skateboards. I purchased them later, but with my Walmart card.
Additionally, I bought an 8th generation iPad with Walmart using Affirm, but it never arrived. I don't owe you anything unless you send me the iPad that has not arrived yet. I have applied for financing to buy a television at Walmart. Since last week, I have been trying, and they said my credit was blocked. They unblocked it, but nothing happened. Every time I try online using either my phone number or my wife's, they say the same thing. The unblocking is temporary and expires. Please let me know if I don't qualify, so I can call or apply with another company since I haven't been successful in getting a Walmart credit card. There is a Walmart near my house in Lakeland, Florida, zip code [redacted], and still no luck. It's frustrating to deal with the customer service from both Affirm and Walmart. I recently noticed a $[redacted].65 loan on my Nordstrom account without any purchase record. All my Nordstrom purchases, whether using my bank card, debit card, or Affirm, are processed through my Nordstrom account. I got a text stating a $[redacted].33 charge for a loan I didn't receive items for. I request Affirm to contact Nordstrom to clarify this purchase, as I have no record of it and haven't received any matching items. I did not authorize this charge and don't want my bank debited. I made a purchase using a virtual card with a $[redacted] deposit. After realizing the card couldn't cover delivery charges, I cancelled both the card and the order. I then got a new virtual card, made another deposit, and placed a new order, totaling $[redacted]. However, my bank is showing two charges: one for $[redacted] as a full transaction instead of a pending hold, resulting in an overdraft fee. I've contacted Amazon to cancel everything, and I've also spoken to my bank to dispute the charge and clear my account. I recently placed two orders, but encountered a technical issue with the first order causing it to be canceled. The second order was successful, and I was approved for a loan. However, Walmart has no record of this order, despite a third-party firm indicating otherwise with a loan agreement. I made a $70 down payment and am now expected to make payments for an order that seems to not exist in Walmart's records. I have been advised to seek proof from Walmart stating that they are unable to fulfill the order, but there is no evidence since the order is not showing up in their system. Hello, I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent loan approval for a purchase on Reverb. Specifically, I approved a loan for $[redacted].58 to buy an audio device, a Tascam CD GT 2 electric guitar phrase training device, from a seller named "Sixteen Music." Despite making the payment on 4/20/21 and receiving an order number [redacted]6, the seller has not shipped the item. I waited for 2 days before the seller responded, and then I made the purchase from the approved loan for $[redacted].58 on the Reverb website. After 3 business days had passed, I still had not received any response from the seller, nor was there any tracking information available for my order. Despite my attempts to pay with my credit union credit card for lower APR, I was limited to using Affirm. This restriction on payment options by Reverb is frustrating to me, and I believe it warrants a refund request. The seller, Sixteen Music, received the $[redacted].58 loan amount with tax included but has not followed up. I wish to cancel this transaction on Reverb for the $[redacted] purchase loan without tax ($[redacted]) for the Tascam Guitar Trainer GTCD 2 advertised. This situation is unsettling, and I wish to exit the deal as I feel misled in this transaction.

I returned an item to Dyson, and they have confirmed receiving it but have not processed my refund yet. I urgently need the funds back as I am currently depending on them. Despite my numerous emails and calls over the past month, Dyson has not resolved the issue. I applied online for a 36” flat screen TV at Walmart through Affirm. When I went to pick it up the next day, they were out of stock. I called Affirm to cancel the order, but it is still pending and I was charged $57.31. I used my Capital One credit card to buy a 70” TV instead. I need this issue resolved promptly.

I bought 3 plane tickets via Cheapoair on Volaris, a Mexican airline. I included 1 checked bag for each person, totaling $[redacted].10. While the airline confirmed the tickets promptly, I noticed no luggage was added. Contacting Cheapoair, they stated that Affirm only covered $[redacted].10 for the ticket prices. Cheapoair denied charging for luggage. Checking my Affirm app, it shows a payment of $[redacted].10 was made. I require an itemized statement from Cheapoair to dispute the lack of baggage inclusion despite payment for it.

I have noticed a withdrawal from my checking account by Affirm for $78.82 on 5/14/21, displaying a series of ***[redacted]. Several years back, I permitted my daughter-in-law to use the account for a bill payment that couldn't be paid by credit card. Subsequently, I began noticing random charges, and after discussing with my son, he claimed they weren't responsible. Frustrated, I had to stop payments. My son attempted to apply for Affirm, and he received an email at [redacted], which is his email with my name, his mother, attached to it. I then tried to access the Affirm app using all the email addresses I have ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted]) but when it asked for confirmation with an A-???? digit number, none of these emails received that email. We need to find out when and why this is happening. Additionally, when I attempted to create a new account for him using his social security number and birthdate, the system couldn't confirm his identity, so we need to address this to prevent any fraud. I found a handyman through Home Advisor and was approved for around $[redacted] through AFFIRM. I paid him in cash, but he is unable to claim the money from AFFIRM. Since he has finished the work and doesn't need the payment, how can I cancel the loan agreement with AFFIRM? I also want to understand the process for future reference when approval is needed to pay a vendor. It's frustrating not being able to speak with a real person about this.
