I am looking to arrange Priority Passes for lounge access for myself and my wife, Rona D., both TD Aeroplan card holders. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for 3 hours. Providing my card number 4[redacted] 1[redacted] and Aeroplan number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. My daughter, Mrs. Sarah E. Kennedy, is also a cardholder but doesn't need a pass. Ideally, we would like the pass in either my name or my wife's. How can this be arranged?
Thank you,
Richard Drury.

I am an Aeroplan member from Australia with the membership number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Recently, I attempted to use my accumulated points for a return flight from Melbourne to Auckland, New Zealand. While redeeming my points, I utilized extra points to cover the associated taxes. Unfortunately, upon completing the booking process, I encountered a request to contact a specific number, 1 [redacted], to confirm the reservation and pay the taxes due ($[redacted]). However, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone through that provided contact number or any other alternatives. I am seeking guidance on how to speak to a representative regarding this matter as I am unable to proceed without resolving the tax payment requirement.

I booked a flight for my mother and infant. The website stated that I needed to book the infant by phone, so I booked the mother online and called the hotline as instructed. Despite being on hold for hours and repeatedly trying at different times, totaling about 36 hours from Europe, I was unsuccessful. I can provide my phone bills as proof. Why is the customer service treating us this way? I then attempted to cancel the flight online, but the website refused, claiming I wasn't entering the house number correctly, even though I was. It redirected me to call the hotline to cancel, which has been a frustrating experience.

I am reaching out to address a series of errors and issues with my bookings. My Aeroplan number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted].
The booking reference PKLY57 involved two economy tickets priced at $[redacted].16 each, mistakenly booked instead of premium tickets. I cancelled this booking, but the charges are still on my recent VISA statement. I then tried to rebook for a one-way return from Budapest, but due to insufficient miles, I had to cancel.
Subsequently, I attempted to book separately for my wife under # LEDG4A. Despite trying to purchase more miles, I still lacked enough and had to cancel. The charge for this attempt was $[redacted].59.
Currently, I believe we are successfully booked to travel from Toronto to Prague on September 13th under booking number PWZUQU, but the corresponding charges have not shown up on my VISA statement.
I am seeking assistance in verifying these issues and resolving them promptly.

Hello, I'm Robert T. and I've been an Aeroplan member for around 4 to 5 months. I frequently travel for work across the country every three weeks using Air Canada. I make an effort to shop and stay at Aeroplan partner hotels to accumulate miles, but I often have to report missing miles for flights, hotel stays, and even an Amazon purchase. It's frustrating as I have to wait 8 days to report and then have to track down missing miles each time. Despite giving my member number at every opportunity, my miles don't show up unless I follow up. I estimate I'm missing at least [redacted] miles. With my busy work schedule, I worry about forgetting to claim these miles within the time limit. I hope to see improvements before my next flight in 3 weeks with Air Canada. Unfortunately, I can't find a working email for Aeroplan.

I accidentally locked my account while attempting to change my password for my TD Infinite Visa Credit Card. The issue arose because my last name was misspelled by TD on the card. When I tried to reset my password using the incorrect name, it led to multiple failed attempts and resulted in my account being locked.
I am currently unable to access my account due to mismatched information. I am seeking help to unlock my account, reset my password, set up a new pin, and update my personal details on my Aeroplan account. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this matter over the phone and would appreciate assistance from a customer service representative.

I received an email from Aeroplan on February 11, [redacted], stating that my Air Miles would expire if I didn't make a transaction before April 10, [redacted]. To secure my miles, I promptly contacted Aeroplan on February 12, to book a direct Air Canada flight for my wife and me from Fort Myers to Toronto on April 22, [redacted]. The confirmed booking came in on the same day, costing 45,[redacted] air miles and $[redacted].00 USD.
However, upon reviewing subsequent emails, I noticed the flight was changed to involve a United flight to Chicago before reaching Toronto, significantly extending the total travel time. Since this was not communicated initially, I request a cancellation of the booking, the reinstatement of my Aeroplan miles, and a refund of $[redacted].00. I aim to rebook the original direct flight with Air Canada. Having been a loyal Air Canada customer for years, I hope for a favorable response to my request.

I recently moved and am having trouble logging in to change my profile details like my address and phone number. I forgot my password and struggled to log in despite multiple attempts online. I managed to briefly access my point total today as I earn points through Home Hardware. I accumulated most of my points at the Home Hardware in Selkirk, Manitoba, but now frequent the store in Ashern since September [redacted]. I am hoping to redeem some points for a $50.00 gift card to buy a toilet from Home Hardware. My name is Valerie Burch, and my previous address was on Shannon Crescent in Beaconia, MB, with the phone number [redacted]. My current address is 21 1st Avenue North in Ashern, Manitoba, with the phone number 1-[redacted]. I would appreciate assistance in updating my profile, and I would like to use my Mother's maiden name as a password security question.

Hello, my name is Peter Norton, and I am an Aeroplan member (#[redacted]74). I recently booked a flight from Toronto to Vancouver and return. I am looking to cancel my return flight from Vancouver scheduled for April 28, [redacted], departing around 8 am. The original booking reference was LBTP4V, which was later changed to TJD4G7. I redeemed the flight on June 13, [redacted]. Despite attempting to manage my bookings on the Aeroplan website to have the points returned as we won't be using them for the return trip, I am encountering difficulties. The website cannot locate my booking using either of the two reference numbers. I have also tried contacting Aeroplan by phone multiple times without success, totaling over 2 hours on hold. I am seeking assistance in returning the Aeroplan points for both my flight and my wife's, Gillian Norton, back to my account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Peter Norton, Aeroplan member [redacted]74.

In October [redacted], I made two bookings for return flights from Toronto to Savannah in February. I used booking reference number SHSDYA for John Mallovy and SG67X5 for Maureen Holloway. John's ticket was under Fixed Market Reward with $[redacted].91 in taxes, while Maureen's was under Market Fare Reward with $[redacted].46 in taxes. Unfortunately, in November, Air Canada canceled the flight without any explanation or offer for a refund. After numerous unsuccessful attempts with Aeroplan over the phone, I had to book alternative flights with Delta, incurring higher costs. I am seeking reinstatement of my Aeroplan points, refund of the taxes, coverage for the increased costs of the Delta flights, and consideration for the extensive time spent on hold trying to contact Aeroplan. I look forward to hearing how this matter will be resolved promptly. Thank you. - M.H.

I recently received an email stating that I was at risk of losing my Aeroplan points due to inactivity, but this is inaccurate as I have a flight booked for March 13 to April 4. The same situation applies to my wife's account. We've tried reaching customer support, but the long wait time is frustrating. I am Dr. Robert Hall Edmison with Aeroplan number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and my wife is Mrs. Joanne Mary Edmison with account number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Can anyone assist us with this issue?

For the past year and a half, I have been struggling to get in touch with Aeroplan. While I can access my account details and points, I cannot do much beyond that. Previously, I could reach them via phone for bookings, but coordinating connecting flights was problematic. I considered redeeming points for merchandise but every time I try to access the shopping links, I encounter login issues and invalid account numbers. The website seems dysfunctional, with conflicting information about earning points at Costco and difficulties redeeming them. It's frustrating trying to utilize the thousands of Aeroplan miles I've collected. Unfortunately, legal action seems unfeasible given the potential costs involved in pursuing a lawsuit.

My husband and I both have Aeroplan cards, but we share the same email address. The email [redacted] is listed for my husband's Aeroplan account, causing an issue when I try to use it for my account - Aeroplan won't allow it. I resorted to using an old email address, which is not ideal since I booked a hotel through my account, and the confirmation was not sent to that email.
We are considering canceling my husband's Aeroplan account as it's rarely used. However, this is not an available option. The customer service line has kept me waiting for over an hour, with no clear indication of when I'll get assistance. I've heard this is a common issue, with many complaints about long waits and potential disconnections.

Hello,
I am unable to access my Aeroplan account because someone changed my password and the recovery email is not mine. As a result, all my points are gone. I called on February 20, [redacted], and waited on hold for over an hour to report this. The representative promised I would receive a call back within a few days, but it has been over a week with no response. I attempted to call again but gave up after waiting for an hour and a half. I appreciate any help you can offer.

While traveling in Asia, I needed to modify my itinerary to avoid transiting through South Korea due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach Aeroplan by phone and ended up purchasing a new $[redacted] ticket with another airline for that segment. Despite trying to cancel online in accordance with the provided instructions, the "refund" button was unresponsive, even though I met the required notice period before the flight. As a solution, I reached out to ASIANA, a Star Alliance Carrier, to release my seats. I am seeking to have my 20,[redacted] miles reinstated, a refund of the taxes paid, and no service fees since the service was not provided. Thank you for your assistance. - Susan C. I am Edda T., my Aeroplan number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I recently reset my password at your request on October 23, [redacted]. After a successful password reset, I attempted to log in but made a mistake with one of the characters, which resulted in my account being locked. When I tried to create a new password, my security question regarding the city I was born in (Graz) was rejected, claiming it did not match your records. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to proceed. Unfortunately, calling for assistance was unhelpful as the three security questions asked were also rejected. Due to multiple address changes, I am unsure which address is on file. My current permanent address is #[redacted] - [redacted] Lawson Ave, Kelowna, VIY 6V2. I urgently need access to my account. Please advise on how I can update my information and unlock my account so I can regain access. Thank you for your help.

I have a reservation with Aeroplan for my wife and me to travel to China and Singapore using Aeroplan miles in mid-March. Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus, we are unable to proceed with our travel plans as some airlines on our route are not currently operating flights to those destinations. I am trying to cancel our flights online through the Aeroplan Help Center to have the [redacted],[redacted] Aeroplan miles refunded to either our account or our American Express account, but I am encountering difficulties with the online process. I have attempted to contact Aeroplan via phone but have been on hold for an extended period without success. I am seeking assistance on how to cancel our flights and retrieve our miles. I have [redacted],[redacted] Aeroplan miles in my account that I've earned. You advised me to use these earned miles before March 31, [redacted], for a trip happening before December 31, [redacted], despite having Black status for the full year of [redacted]. Is this the case for Quebec residents? Does this change comply with Quebec consumer protection law? What will happen to my leftover miles on December 31, [redacted], along with those accumulated between March 31 to December 31? Will they carry over to the new Aeroplan program, or will they disappear? Will my earned miles transfer to the new program but be subject to new rules? I have Black status, which I can use until the end of December [redacted], but only for miles earned before February 31, [redacted]. Can I contact you in French for clarification on the use and outcome of my Aeroplan miles in [redacted]? Thank you. Gilles De B. [redacted]

I am looking to cancel the Aeroplan reward for two tickets to Florida. The booking reference is QG6BBV for my wife, Sandra, and myself, HW Ted Stuckless. The reward points were given by another cardholder, Mrs. Dallas Miller (card: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]), who is currently unable to travel due to health reasons. I wish to cancel the trip and have the points returned to her card. Is it possible to do this?

I've attempted to enter just the numbers followed by the # key multiple times, such as [redacted]#, but it keeps indicating that the information is incorrect. I also have my street number and telephone numbers in my profile, but I am still unable to proceed.

However, my email response said: "Upon review of the information submitted, we must advise that your flight is ineligible for mileage accrual.
