I am being charged for a service that was disconnected since July. You mistakenly took a payment that was not due, and then pursued me for an issue that is not mine. You owe me for this charge as I have been with TMovil for internet since July. I have nothing to do with your service anymore. I have called to clarify this situation, but it seems you do not understand that the service was canceled. You keep charging me. My account number was #[redacted]78. Please review the calls and refund the payment you took from my card. I have made it clear in previous calls that I no longer have a service with atti due to numerous issues. I need urgent help with the internet cable installation. The technician buried the cable in the wrong area, going over a pre-existing drain that I wanted to keep undisturbed. The cable is now lying on the ground instead of being buried 8 or more inches deep as requested. They didn't call me as promised, and my yard is being torn up. After providing my information and credit card, I got emails and a text message instructing me to upload my DOD ID for phone delivery but encountered account issues online. Despite speaking with several unhelpful AT&T representatives like "Ashley" and "Lekkie Sebundik," I was unable to resolve the problem.
Following Lee's advice, I contacted another agent named "Maya," who assured me everything was sorted. However, the next day, I tried to re-add the account but failed. I then spoke with a competent agent named "Iris," who, after a lengthy call, suggested canceling and reordering. Despite initial promises of $71 per month, the final offer was $[redacted], leading me to decide to cancel all dealings with AT&T due to the misleading charges and poor customer service experience.

Today, a technician came by to set up my home phone and Internet. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the installation as he mentioned that a truck needs to come out to the pole to fix some wiring. Although he installed the box, nothing is connected, and the service is not working. I would appreciate knowing when this issue will be resolved and when the technician with the truck will return to complete the setup.

Lately, our AT&T cell service has been poor. When making calls, the person we call cannot hear us, though we can hear them. AT&T's outage site doesn't show any issues in our area. Several neighbors who use AT&T are experiencing the same problem. Strangely, I can't find a tech support number for them anywhere. I feel frustrated that there isn't a 24/7 support line for situations like this. I may have to advise others against choosing this company due to the lack of proper support.

For the last three days, we’ve been experiencing a wireless and internet data outage at our residence located at [redacted] Dry Ridge Road, Flintstone, MD [redacted]. Our service is from the cell tower on Troutman Road in Flintstone, MD. Over the past week, the service has been unreliable. We are confident it's a tower problem, not our phones, as we get service when driving 3-5 miles away. Despite multiple calls, we have not received any assistance or acknowledgment regarding the tower issue.

I signed up for a free phone offer where I only had to pay sales tax and $5 monthly. The representative I spoke to did not provide me with an account number. We recently had AT&T install a hard-wired connection in our office, but the speed we are receiving on our computers is much lower than what we are supposed to get. Despite receiving a replacement router from them, the issue persists. We've attempted various troubleshooting steps without success.
The hard-wired speed is around [redacted] mbps, while oddly the Wi-Fi speed is closer to [redacted] mbps. This discrepancy is confusing since we are directly connected via the hard-wired setup. We are now looking to schedule a technician visit to our location to assist in resolving this matter.

I recently switched to AT&T about 8 days ago. Unfortunately, during the process at the store, my original phone was broken, and the SIM card left in it caused issues with my bank account. After spending a total of 5 days at the store and on the phone with AT&T, I was informed that I would have to wait 6 months for a new phone. Given the circumstances, I ended up purchasing a new iPhone and an android phone, totaling $[redacted], as I couldn't use my old broken phone. To my surprise, I received a bill for $[redacted] after just 7 days of having the account, despite being told it would be around $[redacted]. I contacted AT&T multiple times, but struggled with language barriers, until speaking with Ethan, who mentioned adjusting fees and phone costs, resulting in a monthly bill of $74 for 36 months and $[redacted] thereafter. However, the bill still reflected the higher amount, leading me to seek assistance again from Manuel, Sam, and Joshua from customer loyalty, who promised to review the situation but haven't followed up yet.

I contacted AT&T regarding my landline at one address and requested to change the billing address to my second residence. However, AT&T mistakenly turned off the service at the first address but billed me for service at the second location where I do not use their service. Even though I do not have any AT&T service at the second address and am solely using Comcast there, I continue to receive bills for nonexistent service. Despite calling them and being promised a follow-up that never occurred, the issue remains unresolved. I am also unable to receive a callback on my landline due to a code verification issue on GetHuman. Thank you.

Approximately six days ago, I signed up for service with AT&T and purchased one of their phones by making a down payment of a little over $[redacted]. Despite being informed that the phone was out of stock and would be shipped to me within two days, it was not shipped until I checked three days later when I tracked the shipping through FedEx. The shipping date kept getting delayed from 02/01 to 02/02. After speaking with an AT&T representative who suggested I visit the store to resolve the issue, I did so only to be told by the store that corporate would require me to pay full price for another phone. When I contacted customer service as advised, I was told to inform the store that the phone was lost in transit so that they could provide me with a phone directly from the store. Despite visiting the store again and speaking with the district manager, I was unable to get a phone. The store informed me to cancel the line through customer service, who then stated that canceling the line would require an upfront payment of $[redacted] for the full price of the phone. As FedEx stopped providing shipping updates, it seems the package may be lost, while I still am bound by a contract that AT&T has already violated. I am requesting AT&T to either provide me with a phone immediately or allow me to return the shipped phone once it arrives, as they received the phone I ordered the day after my purchase, making it feasible for them to give me a phone promptly.

We terminated our phone service in November. Following the cancellation, we continued to be billed for the secondary phone erroneously, accumulating charges for four months. AT&T is now insisting on a payment of $[redacted] for this oversight. Despite spending 3.5 hours on calls and being bounced between departments six times, the issue remains unresolved. AT&T claims the secondary phone was connected to a business account that does not belong to us and includes charges for unreturned DirecTV equipment from three years ago. My sister, who lives in Lagos, Nigeria, recently changed phone companies and got a new number. Since this change, I cannot send her text messages although I receive hers. This same issue occurred in June [redacted], and after contacting Mr. Stankey's office, it was resolved quickly. I reached out to AT&T International Calling today, and they attempted to switch my messaging program, which caused more problems. I contacted Customer Service International Calling previously, and the representative tried to help, referencing the past issue. I am disappointed with the service from AT&T and urge them to involve someone from the corporate office to resolve this ongoing problem with the Nigerian telephone company promptly. I am attempting to upgrade my modem/router to a BGW320-[redacted]. Despite following the instructions numerous times, the progress bar stops at around halfway, throwing an error message blaming ATT for the issue. Although I can still make the old BGW210-[redacted] work, it's not reliable. Worried about potentially missing the return window for the old unit, I found out the replacement device was not reset to factory settings before being shipped to me. Upon contacting tech support, they identified and fixed the root cause of the problem. Now, three days later, the system is finally providing the reliable service I require.
