My cell phone number is [redacted]. The Home button on my phone is not functioning as usual. When I press it, the options are different, and the symbol appears altered. The phone does not navigate to the home page either. I tried the app page, which displayed letters in front of symbols. Even after trying to press the symbols, it didn't work. Additionally, I attempted to shut down the phone by pressing both the right side and left side buttons simultaneously, but the phone remained on, and the backlight turned on and won't turn off. It has been on for hours now, and I'm worried about draining the battery. I have a landline [redacted] if you can provide me with guidance. Thank you. Approximately a week ago, I exchanged my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Initially, I was advised that my bill would include the wireless plan at $75 per month plus the monthly phone cost of $11.12, which would total around $[redacted] monthly. However, upon checking, the amount owed at the end of the month shows as $[redacted].79. I am concerned that there may have been additional charges added to my plan without my knowledge, as a $[redacted] monthly expense is significant for me.

I have DIRECTV Stream and Max included with my wireless plan. Yesterday, I encountered issues with the Max service app on my TCL Roku TV series 6. Despite updating the TV software, resetting the network connection, and even trying advice from Max and Roku customer service, the problem persists. AT&T's community forums were not helpful, and changing my password as suggested only made things worse. Now, I am locked out of Max on my TV and receiving error code [redacted] when trying to log in to DIRECTV Stream on any device. I've double-checked the new password multiple times but to no avail. The more suggestions I follow, the worse the situation gets, and I'm considering canceling everything due to the hours wasted on this issue.

Dear AT&T Customer Service, I terminated my mobile phone service a few months ago when I left the US. All previous bills were paid. I couldn't find a clear option on the website to cancel my contract. The information suggested just stopping payments for prepaid service, so I followed that. Now, I'm being told I owe money due to the contract not being properly terminated. I haven't used the service since leaving (which can be confirmed by AT&T). This was an unintentional mistake caused by unclear instructions on the website. Could you kindly waive the additional fees and cancel my contract? Thank you. Best regards, Thomas A.

My daughter transferred the billing responsibility to me on May 28th. Her last bill covered the period from May 25th to June 24th, which she paid. Subsequently, I received a bill in mid-June for the period from May 29th to June 28th. I was unsure how to interpret the bill and ended up paying without clarification. It seems there was a double charge for the period from May 29th to June 24th, with both monthly charges not being prorated. I am seeking reimbursement for this error.

I accidentally let my prepaid flip phone and my wife's expire by 2 days. Between us, we lost approximately $[redacted] worth of minutes ($[redacted] on mine and $[redacted] on my wife's). We are loyal, long-term customers of AT&T and kindly request the restoration of those minutes. These minutes are crucial for emergencies, especially now that the rate has increased from 10 to 35 cents per minute. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We had a bad experience with AT&T. We paid off our phones and switched to Spectrum. However, two out of our five lines are still locked, preventing us from fully using Spectrum's services. We have been faithfully paying both companies each month. AT&T did not offer any help or try to keep us as customers. The representative took our $[redacted] payment to pay off the phones but did not share any important information. We are very frustrated about this situation and plan to report it to the FCC, BBB, and any other relevant agency.

I recently switched to Consumer Cellular. This morning, I received an email from AT&T stating I owe $59.90. When I called [redacted], it shows my balance as zero. I have tried various customer service numbers, but the automated service says I am no longer a customer and to contact my carrier. Consumer Cellular couldn't assist me, and I am unable to reach a live person to resolve this issue. I am extremely frustrated and need to speak with someone who can help me with this problem!

Subject: Assistance Needed with Device Unlock Request Hello Richard, I am experiencing delays with my device unlock request for my Pixel 7 purchased from Walmart.com. The request is still processing, and I have not received any assistance from AT&T despite contacting them multiple times. They directed me to their website for unlocking, which I have already done. I am trying to connect my wireless TV receiver to my TV. I am following all the instructions shown on the screen, but the access point doesn't connect to the receiver. I successfully connected the receiver to the gateway using an Ethernet cable. However, when I relocate the receiver and attempt to reconnect it wirelessly, I receive an error message stating "Gateway/Access Point not found or connection error."
