On September 22nd, I bought groceries at your store and used the curbside pickup service. While trying to maintain social distance, I told the employee I could handle it. However, he proceeded to help by handing me the bags. Everything was fine until he passed me a box with three cases of sparkling water, which was much heavier. As I twisted to the right to take it, I strained my back. Despite informing the employee of the weight, I loaded the box and drove home. Unfortunately, my back quickly became stiff and painful, with severe spasms. Due to COVID-19 fears, I haven't sought medical help yet but will need to. The situation was unintentional, but the injury requires attention. I believe Aldis should cover my medical expenses. How can I address this issue? I couldn't find a phone number to call, so I'm sharing my email to reach out for assistance. Thank you.

On November 2, at [redacted] Eastern Daylight Time, a shift manager positioned themselves near me while I was speaking with a young associate named Kobe. I suspected Jessica had prompted this action. Despite my attire promoting awareness against medical fraud regarding circumcision, I refrained from discussing the topic. To my surprise, she threatened to involve the POLICE if I didn't cease asking about circumcisions. Although I seldom broach the subject, she accused me of being known to her district manager without providing details. Having worn advocacy shirts in other places over the years without incident, her misinformed reaction was distressing. Even though I rarely engage in conversations about male circumcision unless prompted, she misjudged the situation and relied on Kobe for support. Given the unequal power dynamic, I don't anticipate a fair resolution, but I believe an apology is warranted.

I recently came back from ALDI France Puilboreau (17) where I bought Panasonic AA batteries but mistakenly got AAA batteries. I tried to return them at ALDI France Lagord (17) for a refund but was denied as it wasn't the original store of purchase. According to ALDI's return policy of a "satisfied or [redacted]% refunded" commitment, am I entitled to a refund for this product if I return it the next day as a loyal customer who uses your app? Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards

I recently returned from shopping at ALDI Puilboreau (17) for Panasonic AA batteries but mistakenly bought AAA batteries. I tried to return it at ALDI Lagord (17) but was denied a refund since it wasn't the same store. Is this in line with your policy of "satisfied or [redacted]% refunded"? I'm a loyal ALDI customer with the app. Thank you.

Hello, I live in Portland, Indiana. We only have a Walmart Supercenter here, and there is a vacant grocery store that used to be Marsh. Walmart seems to be taking advantage of people by price-gouging because there is no other grocery store to provide competition. Many people are driving to Muncie, Indiana, to shop at ALDI. However, gas prices are becoming too expensive. It would be wonderful if ALDI could open a store in Portland using the vacant Marsh location. Please consider coming here! Bringing ALDI would make a lot of people happy. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you! 😊

I recently bought one of your power tools, and I am quite pleased with it. However, I had to buy a battery elsewhere because you no longer carry them in stock. The cost was much higher than what was advertised by you. I find this concerning as it seems misleading to sell tools without the ability to provide necessary accessories like batteries. Will you restock the batteries soon? I enjoy your tools and would like to continue buying them if I can get spare batteries at a fair price.

I have been a loyal Aldi shopper for years and am very satisfied with the cost and quality of food. However, I have been unable to find non-organic apple juice on more than one trip. Also, I did not find a selection of canned fruit. Today, there was no white bread available at all. I hope there is not a shortage of supply. Thank you for letting me speak to you. I will continue to shop at Aldi and hope the shelves are better stocked. I shop at the Aldi on Golden Mile Highway in Monroeville, PA.

Hello, I've been searching for a local store that carries the Sheets Hemp Queen Size near me. However, when I used the Aldi app to check stock availability in the S E Suburbs of Melbourne like Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Cranbourne East, Eden Rise, and Narre Warren, it shows stock availability as unknown. I've been attempting to purchase these for a while but always seem to miss out. I'm curious if there's a delay in stock reaching the stores. Thanks, - Belinda

I've noticed that the Original flavor Brooklea Yogurt Drinks has undergone a recent change in taste. It seems to have lost the sharpness I enjoyed and now tastes much sweeter, with a significant hint of vanilla. Additionally, the color has shifted from white to pink. Since my diagnosis of bone cancer, my taste preferences have changed, and unfortunately, this new version is not to my liking. I hope you can consider returning to the previous "original" flavor that I preferred. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

I rely on an electric cart due to my disability. In Temecula, California, your store had 2 carts, but one was stolen. Last visit, I had to ask the Manager to retrieve the only remaining cart from the back room. Unsure if it has been replaced, I find it frustrating that Aldi doesn't allow store contact via phone. Consequently, I have shifted my shopping to Ralphs (Kroger) where they have 2 or 3 carts available, actively monitoring them, and are reachable by phone. Additionally, in your recent local ad, eggs were priced at $2.69 per dozen, but I found them cheaper at Ralphs for $2.49 per dozen. I believe a more customer-friendly approach would be beneficial.

I recently bought a medium-sized turkey crown from Aldi in Louth. After defrosting it, I was surprised to find that the legs are still attached, which is not what I expected when purchasing a crown. The size of the crown is also smaller than usual without the legs attached. I am hoping that someone can reach out to Aldi in Louth on my behalf to see if I can return the turkey, even though it has been defrosted. I don't want our Christmas celebration to be affected, so I would appreciate a quick resolution. Thank you, C. Warrener.

I bought a fresh spring lettuce blend from store #31 on West Jefferson in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Unfortunately, I cannot reference the bag. I discovered today that some items were recalled due to possible Listeria concerns. Many of my family members have been ill this week with symptoms matching those of Listeria. The purchase was made on 12/10/21. I have been attempting to contact various numbers but have been unable to speak with a representative.

On December 15, [redacted], at 10:05 a.m., my husband and I were in line waiting to check out. The customer in front of us had 3 prime rib in her cart, which were on sale. I mentioned to the cashier that there should be a limit on sale items like these, since they were a good price. The cashier informed the manager at the next register. When we spoke to the manager, we were told he would need to put a limit of 1 per purchase later on as they had more stock in the back. We expressed our desire to purchase one, but were informed to wait or return. Despite seeing another customer leave with 3 items, the manager mentioned they couldn't hold items for us. Dissatisfied with this response, we went to another store where they informed us the product would go on sale in 2 days. On our return, we had a smooth shopping experience without any issues, and we left the store happy. We have shared our experience at Store#88 with others and decided not to return due to this situation. Happy Holidays!

I printed an Aldi gift card and my daughter used it for my shopping since I am in isolation due to Covid. Unfortunately, at the Aldi store on Old Mill Lane in Barnsley, the cashier mistakenly discarded the voucher after scanning it. Luckily, my receipt indicates there is still credit remaining on the gift card. It is frustrating that I have to deal with reprinting another voucher while I am unwell. Very upset about this incident.

I have submitted several online forms and contacted chat support regarding this issue with no response.
I placed an order for a £99 Christmas hamper on November 17, [redacted], with the expectation of delivery by the end of November. When it didn't arrive by mid-December, I reached out to Yodel and was informed that the hamper was at my local depot after a failed delivery attempt.
Despite my efforts to contact the depot, the hamper was not delivered before their closure for the holidays. I personally visited the depot on December 31, where staff located my hamper, which had arrived without labels, was open, appeared to have been tampered with, and had damaged items as shown in the attached photos.
Due to the disappointing state of the original hamper, I had to purchase a replacement from Marks and Spencer. I am requesting a full refund of £99 plus postage to address the situation promptly.

I noticed an issue at Sainsbury's in Urmston regarding their price match with Aldi on certain products like corn on the cob. Despite Aldi pricing it at 95p, Sainsbury's advertises it at £1.30, which seems like false advertising. I've raised this concern with the staff twice, but even after four days, they continue the same claim. Trying to address this through customer service has been challenging, with Aldi's website only handling specific types of inquiries. Sainsbury's contact number is available, but I prefer documenting my complaint in writing. Although the process seems frustrating, I believe it's essential for the public to know. I plan to report this to trading standards; however, finding a straightforward complaint form without extensive dropdown menus has been a struggle. I might involve Martin Lewis and Watchdog in addressing this issue.

On January 21, [redacted], I visited Aldi on Franklin Blvd in Gastonia. The cashier, Nancy, was not wearing her mask properly while helping me with my debit card payment. Despite my request for her to step back and adjust her mask since I was double masked, she didn't comply. Another customer ended up assisting me at the checkout. As I was leaving, I mentioned again that her mask should be pulled up, and she responded defensively in front of everyone. I was disappointed with this experience, and my case number is [redacted]. I have not received any follow-up from Aldi, confirming my impression that they may not prioritize their customers' concerns. This incident happened during my first and last visit to this Aldi location.

Subject: Incident at Aldi Greenpoint Store
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report an incident that occurred at your Aldi Greenpoint store on Thursday, 10th February around 12 noon. I was parked in the front row of the car park next to the left turn down ramp for exiting. Despite taking precautions not to hit the vehicle behind me, on the fifth attempt to maneuver down the ramp, my vehicle's rear left side door collided with Aldi's cement corner wall. Unfortunately, this resulted in significant damage requiring a $[redacted] excess payment for repairs.
I have filed a claim for the damages. The layout of the parking spots near the narrow down ramp seems impractical for larger vehicles like SUVs or 4-wheel drives. I believe this issue warrants investigation to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Sincerely,
Jenny Y.

Subject: Urgent: Complaint Regarding Store Manager at Swindon Branch
Case Number: [redacted]9
To Whom It May Concern at Aldi Customer Support,
I am reaching out to express my deep disappointment with the recent treatment I received at one of your Swindon stores. During a routine visit to address an issue with a faulty card reader, I was shocked when the store manager accused me of being a racist without any justification. His abrupt behavior and subsequent ban from the store have left me bewildered.
Despite my attempts to seek resolution through your customer support line, I have been met with unfulfilled promises and apparent misinformation about attempted follow-up calls. As a former tech support professional, I am familiar with such tactics to dismiss customer concerns.
I am now informed that I am barred from the store by the area manager, which I believe is unjust given the circumstances. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide me with a fair resolution to this unsettling incident.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
Sincerely,
C. J. Ramsay

Last year, I received successful treatment for breast cancer at the Linda McCartney Cancer Centre. Throughout my journey, I discovered the importance of small items that help make chemotherapy more bearable. I decided to create five baskets filled with essential items like false eyelashes, eyebrows, olive oil, and humbugs to support newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. This gesture received a wonderful response from McMillan and my breast surgeon, leading to a fundraiser to continue providing these baskets. I am reaching out to inquire if your store would be willing to offer a donation or discount for bulk purchases of these items to support this cause. Please contact me for further details. Thank you. Adele
