Hello, I am Jalen Shields and my PlayStation 4 gamertag is Phantomnathaniel. I am experiencing an issue with NBA 2k19 on my account [redacted] After finishing a Mycareer game and selecting the Gatorade option for more VC during the press conference, there seems to be a glitch. When Nickyle mentions sending over VC, I do not receive it upon entering the building. The lady inside says there is nothing for me, even though they mentioned sending VC. I am unsure why this is happening and would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter for me.

I recently lost a pink diamond LeBron card and a diamond contract in the game. I contacted customer service for help requesting compensation, but they were unable to offer a solution. I am disappointed as these were significant items for me, especially as a Christmas gift. I am hoping to receive another pink diamond card, a diamond contract, or any equivalent in virtual currency to make up for my loss. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and appreciate the game, but I truly need to be compensated for the valuable items that were taken away.

After reaching a certain OVR in the game, players lose the ability to select attributes once they fill the cap breaker. Initially, there is a brief window where players can choose, but it's taken away as the player progresses. This lack of control over attribute selection has been consistent in the last two versions of the game up to 94 OVR. It is frustrating not to have this freedom of choice especially as the game becomes more challenging to grind. The game automatically highlights and selects three attributes, which cannot be changed after filling the cap breaker. It would greatly improve the gameplay experience if this issue could be patched and addressed, allowing players to have more agency in shaping their characters.

This morning, I tried to use a locker code for a Pink Diamond. The ball landed on Pink Diamond Giannis Antetokounmpo, but as his image came up, I got kicked off the mode. When I logged back on, the card was not in my collection, and the locker code didn't work. A friend mentioned you could help with this issue. This was going to be my first Pink Diamond, and I am really disappointed. My friend suggested you could provide me with a pack containing a random Pink Diamond. Is this possible? I've attempted the fixes on your website and tried other solutions I found online, but none were successful.

Hello, my name is Mike Beach. I am experiencing frequent server issues on NBA 2K19. Almost every two games when my team steps onto the Court in the park, we get dashboarded back to the main menu. This occurs on every court, resulting in over [redacted] losses and [redacted] wins. Out of these losses, approximately [redacted] are due to server dashboards. The problem has escalated to happening around 20 times a day, affecting my involvement in the game. This has even led my pro-am team to avoid playing with me due to the consistent dashboarding. I have verified my internet connection, which is more than sufficient for the game's requirements. This widespread problem impacting 2K19 globally needs urgent attention to restore my enjoyment of the game and improve overall gameplay experiences. Hi, my name is Giorgio, and I'm a big football fan! I love playing Madden games almost every day. I was wondering if you could consider making Madden NFL games more realistic like how NBA and WWE games have fun events beyond just playing the sport. It would be great if we could have features in Madden where we train to be better, participate in the NFL combine, and explore outside of football with friends. The gameplay experience is frustrating. During three pro-am games, my primary playmaking build faced continuous theft of the ball due to opponents camping in zone defense, making passing impossible. Similarly, my friend's primary shot creator struggled with the same issue. Despite being skilled dribblers, turnovers piled up rapidly. The imbalance between different player builds is evident as well. Being a primary ball handler secondary sharpshooter, challenges against stretch bigs and poor defensive lineups arise frequently. The mechanics that allow sharpshooters to make contested shots effortlessly need attention. The current state of the game, including frequent turnovers, unfair steals, and unbalanced shooting dynamics, leads to unsatisfactory gameplay experiences. Addressing these issues is crucial to retain loyal customers who feel disheartened by the game's current state.

I am experiencing issues with NBA 2K18 regarding the VC rewards in the game. Despite ranking up in PlayNow Online several times and meeting the requirements to earn VC, I have not received the VC rewards on at least three occasions. Each time I should have received 6,[redacted] VC, but it was not awarded to me. It is frustrating because earning VC without purchasing it is already challenging, and now the legitimate way to earn it seems to be glitched. I believe I should have received a total of 18,[redacted] VC that I rightfully earned. If this matter is not resolved, I may have to stop playing your NBA games. I have encountered other issues with NBA 2K18 before, but this VC problem is particularly bothersome as I put in effort to earn it. I’m always observant of others' rankings, and I am frequently disappointed when I encounter this situation. The issue I am facing is that I am stuck on amateur 1 in NBA 2K19. Despite having a higher win ratio than losses, my ranking does not accurately reflect my performance, especially considering my experience playing the game since NBA 2K16. It is frustrating to see players with less efficient win ratios achieve higher rankings while I struggle to progress. Even when my record is similar to someone with a higher rank, I am left questioning why I am not being treated fairly in the gaming community.

I recently returned from a trip and discovered that my son, who was house-sitting for me, somehow deleted my players on NBA 2K19 for PlayStation 4. I suspect he may have been up to something shady with another player and inadvertently removed the ones I purchased with VC. Please assist me in recovering my two players. My online name is Bigg-boony-loc. I doubt it was a corrupted file as he claims, and his dishonesty about the situation leads me to believe he intentionally deleted them. One of the players that got erased was my 90 overall PG Playmaking-Shot Creator with almost all maxed out badges except for a few like clutch performer, free throw ace, and others. This player had multiple jerseys, shoes, and contracts with brands like Nike, Footlocker, and Gatorade. Additionally, my 89 overall C Slashing-Post scorer with specific badge levels including Drop stepper, post spin technician, and more is now gone. Another player I lost was my 88 Two Way Sharp SG with fewer badges. Although my My team items are intact, unfortunately, all my MyCareer players have been deleted.

While playing Jordan Rec with my friend and enjoying a win streak, we got unexpectedly kicked off due to an alleged bad internet connection by 2k. My PlayStation froze, a rare occurrence. Pressing buttons didn't help, so I had to unplug the system to cool it down. Upon returning to NBA2k19, I reconnected with my friend but found my main character had a corrupt file, rendering it unusable despite being at almost a 93 overall. I put in a lot of effort without spending money on virtual currency, so it's disheartening not being able to access my character now.

I have noticed a significant issue with 2K sports that needs attention. In my opinion, it's frustrating that you can't invite friends to your myCourt, even if you grant them access, and vice versa. This affects not only me but my friends and even others on YouTube have mentioned it. One suggestion to solve this problem could be to incorporate my court options within the my player Park. Additionally, I find it confusing that customizing my court while inside kicks me out of the game entirely, landing me on my Xbox One home screen. Could you please provide an explanation for this issue? Thank you.

I submitted a ticket over a week ago regarding a gameplay issue in NBA 2K19, Start Today mode on Xbox One. When I attempt to start or simulate a game from the schedule screen, the game crashes and returns to the home screen. I've tried playing offline and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. I'm situated in Lowell, MI, using Vergennes Broadband satellite internet. I've reached out for assistance twice but have yet to receive any meaningful response. I would appreciate a prompt resolution or a refund for the game purchase.

My 2k19 game is failing to start and keeps mentioning that its servers are down. However, when I change my profile, it works perfectly fine. I am considering discontinuing buying this game if this issue persists. It is extremely frustrating how much money I invest in these games, and yet I am unable to access my own game due to server problems. The servers should not be down unless they are trying to restore my deleted pure sharp shooter character on my profile, which I have previously contacted 2k support about on Twitter. Other than that, I find it unreasonable that I cannot play my game since I work all the time and should be able to enjoy it whenever I turn it on.

While playing 2k19 MyTeam Triple Threat, I encountered an issue where the screen or server would prompt a restore, causing lag and resulting in me having to quit games. Despite this, when I quit, 2K indicates it's poor sportsmanship. The constant lagging is causing me to lose games, especially when matched up against teams with higher-tier players like pink diamonds and galaxy opals. My team consists of only two diamonds and an Amethyst, which are my highest-rated players for online play. I am requesting 2K to improve their servers to reduce lag and ensure fair matchmaking against opponents with similar player strengths. Compensation in the form of MT for the losses incurred in Triple Threat online would also be appreciated.

I seem to have encountered an issue where my data has been deleted from the Xbox servers, affecting all my myplayers. I always ensure the save is complete before exiting the app or turning off the console. Despite years of playing and numerous purchases, my players have vanished. Any help in retrieving them would be greatly appreciated.
I previously submitted a ticket: Request: #[redacted]. I included my gaming details and an unedited video. This situation is unprecedented for me, as I did not delete the files from the server. While I have dealt with corrupted files in the past, this time they are entirely gone, and I am unsure why.
