While playing NBA 2K19, I pre-ordered the game which gave me [redacted],[redacted] VC. I intended to use it all on my player, but when I tried to purchase attributes, it showed a "purchase failed" message. Assuming my VC was still intact, I decided to create a new player and deleted the previous one. However, to my surprise, all my VC was gone when I tried to upgrade the new player. Even though the purchase failed initially, the VC was deducted, and now 2K support is refusing to refund my 100k VC by claiming I spent it knowingly before deleting my player.

During a recent gameplay session, I noticed a clock error showing "0.0" seconds from the start and encountered a lack of sim to end option in the pause menu. Despite trying various methods like intentional fouls, the game glitch persisted, leaving me stuck on the bench viewing from a fixed camera angle. Many others seem to face this problem, with no clear solution provided by 2K on Xbox One. The company's response on Twitter suggests submitting another support ticket, but this has not yielded any results. I hope to regain access to MyPlayer, considering the time and money invested. If unable to resolve the issue, a refund for the purchased VC would be fair, though it wouldn't restore lost progress like earned badges.

All my players were deleted. I had a 6’2 shot creator primary and sharpshooting secondary shooting guard with a 90 overall rating, weighing [redacted] pounds, with the lowest wingspan. I was at 60% cap breaker progress till 91 and had 13 badges including limitless range silver, difficult shots hall of fame, catch and shoot gold, corner specialist silver, posterizer bronze, tireless scorer bronze, mid-range deadeye silver, and deep range deadeye silver. I believe I had around 3,[redacted],[redacted] fans and endorsements with Jordan, Footlocker, and Gatorade. Additionally, I had a 75 overall player with a defending primary and drive and finishing secondary, all equipped with Anniversary edition gear. I used the 100k from the Anniversary edition on this player. Unfortunately, my PlayStation made me delete all my data due to corrupted firmware, and upon returning, there was no recent upload data for NBA 2k. I hope to recover my 90 overall player, and I'm not as concerned about the 75 overall player as long as I can get the money back spent on him and the Anniversary clothes.

I apologize for reaching out again, but I am feeling very anxious and upset because I lost my two players, one was a 90 overall and the other a 75. I had purchased both with real money for VC. Here's what happened: during a blackout, my PS4 shut off. When I restarted it, I encountered a serious issue with the system software, prompting me to reset it to default after some research. Since I didn't have PS Plus due to being on a three-month vacation, it didn't seem worth it to buy it at that moment. A kind friend suggested I borrow his account by setting it as primary on my PS4. Unfortunately, my players weren't saved in the cloud, resulting in me being unable to retrieve them. NBA is my favorite game and I simply want to enjoy it with my friends in the little time I have to play. I'll attempt to provide photos of my lost players and vacant MyCareer files to showcase the situation accurately. Despite my efforts, I couldn't recreate my players due to the frustration this situation caused me.

I purchased WWE2K19 for the MyCareer mode, but I encountered an error message consistently at the same point in Chapter 8 whenever I try to play. I really enjoy playing NBA 2K19, especially in the Playground mode. However, over the last couple of weeks, I've noticed that my win-loss record hasn't been updating correctly. Despite having won 91 out of [redacted] games, my record is showing only 33 wins and 47 losses, which is not accurate. Additionally, when I attempted to play Conqueror mode recently, I kept getting disconnected, resulting in more losses being added to my record. This issue is frustrating, especially since I purchased the anniversary edition.
Similarly, in MyCareer mode, my stats have also not been updating correctly. Even after playing over 60 additional games on top of my initial [redacted] wins, the record remains unchanged. I hope that these problems can be resolved soon, and that my true records will be restored.

I received an unfair ban due to an inappropriate word used by my friend in our crew name. The permanent ban for such a minor offense seems excessive, especially when compared to the lack of action against actual cheaters in the game. My Xbox One gamertag is cojomobro9, and I paid $60 for the game but have only been able to play it 4 times before getting banned. I have already submitted a request to 2k two weeks ago; I hope they reconsider and lift the ban from their servers so I can enjoy the game again.

Hello. I'm inquiring about an issue with my WWE 2K19 game that prevents me from accessing the downloading section. Today, when I attempted to play, I received a warning about inappropriate content and am unable to download wrestlers. I must confess that I recently imported flags online to create some villainous-looking characters for my own enjoyment. However, please note that I have never shared any of these creations on the WWE 2K CAW Communities, as I solely play offline. I prefer a solitary gaming experience. I have reached out multiple times regarding my account but have not received adequate assistance. If resolution is not provided, I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted] for the game and $[redacted] spent on VC. I purchased the 20th-anniversary edition on September 8th. My first MyCareer player was at 90 overall and was on the final cap breaker before reaching 91. Approximately two weeks ago, while playing, the game crashed and would freeze at 66% on reload, displaying an "Unknown and corrupt file" message. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, the issue persists. I have recreated a new account and currently stand at 88 overall, but I am dissatisfied with having to do so. I would appreciate the transfer of VC, badges, and XP from my old player to the new one. Due to delayed customer support responses, I decided to create a new account. My previous player was a 6'4" athletic shot creator, and my gamer tag is PEYTON KILLER 23 on Xbox One.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the NBA2K19 game. Many players, like myself, expected the prices for Virtual Currency (VC) to be more reasonable. This might be my last NBA 2K purchase if this issue isn't addressed promptly. Not everyone can spend countless hours grinding for VC, and many of us have work and other commitments. It's frustrating to see these in-game purchases becoming a barrier to enjoying the game. The addition of features like the daily spin and Park dodgeball seem unnecessary and only serve as a way to push players to spend more money. I urge 2K to reconsider their approach and make the game more accessible for all players. I, along with others, might consider boycotting the game if changes aren't made soon. I logged onto NBA 2k and realized my 89 pure stretch four player was missing. I checked the saved data management without success due to not having PS Plus when creating the player. Resorting to creating the same PF archetype, I invested in $30 worth of VC, initially $19.99 then an additional $9.99, to max out his midrange and 3pt stats. To safeguard against losing my player again, I purchased PS Plus and auto-uploaded the data. However, upon returning to NBA 2k, my player had vanished. Contacting PlayStation didn't yield a refund as I had already spent the VC on upgrading my player. I'm eager to retrieve either my VC or player as I truly enjoy playing NBA 2k19 and hope for a resolution soon.

I am a big fan of 2K games, however, I have been experiencing severe lag issues while playing online with just one other person. My internet connection is excellent, and I do not face such problems with other games. It is frustrating that even though other games can handle up to [redacted] players in a match, NBA2K19 struggles and lags. Many of my friends are also encountering the same issues. I am experiencing an issue with My Career mode in the game. Upon entering the game, my character's name and information do not show up, causing him not to gain points or save progress. This has led to the loss of [redacted] contracts due to games not saving after completion. Furthermore, games in triple threat and weekly challenges are not saving as well. I previously encountered a glitch during the final game of the regular domination. Despite contacting support and receiving five contract cards as compensation, the issue remains unresolved. I've been trying to resolve an issue with 2K support for over a month now. Initially, they were responsive to my emails, but then communication stopped, leaving my problem unresolved. Every time I attempt to log into 2K, I encounter an error message stating, “The 2KSports server is not available at this time. Please try again later.” I've tried deleting and reinstalling the application, to no avail. I first purchased the game on disc and recently bought 2K 19 from the PlayStation store on 11/21/18, hoping it would fix the issue, but unfortunately, it didn't. I'm at a loss for what to do next. NBA 2K13 Creating a Legend:
I've played 60 games as Russell Westbrook for OKC. In the last two key games against LAC and LAL, my skill points didn't double.
- It was the 3rd and last game against LAC.
- It was the 4th and last game against LAL.
I didn't start in these games or the ones 3 weeks prior.
A week before the All-Star weekend, I intentionally fouled and took multiple half-court shots in a short time, resulting in negative feedback. My teammate grade dropped from A- to C-. Since then, my minutes per game decreased from 42 to 25-28, my skill points halved, and I haven't been in the starting five. My key games aren't multiplying. I suspect I'm on the coach's bad side. I'm unsure of the exact reasons; I'm just looking for insights from 2K. I think I need to work my way back into the coach's good graces to regain my role and skills. Any thoughts? Thanks, Sam.

My gaming experience has been disappointing! I've been a fan of NBA 2k for years, hoping it would improve, but sadly, it hasn't. The reaction times in 2k19 are sluggish, especially in career mode. Unless you excel at 3-point shots, gameplay can be infuriating as even wide-open shots are missed. Fouls seem excessive when attempting steals, with players using the incorrect hand unnecessarily. Purchasing VC boosters only adds to the frustration without much benefit. The constant need to spend VC on various aspects of the game is disheartening. It feels like buying the game isn't enough, as progress to a 99 rating requires a substantial time investment or additional purchases. Instead of enjoying the game and excelling, I find myself constantly frustrated and dissatisfied. These changes have soured what was once a beloved game for me.

Having been an avid NBA 2K11 MyPlayer player, achieving a 99 rating in just 8 months and playing until [redacted], I have noticed how the newer MyCareers for next-gen platforms have become pay-to-win. The mode has shifted from requiring effort and skill, like progressing through drills, drafts, and training camps, to a more simplified and less challenging setup where users can easily choose their NBA team. The lack of difficulty, shallow stories, and the ability to gain endorsements without real effort have cheapened the experience. Even my 55 overall player from 2K11 can outperform current high-rated players. The atmosphere in Parks has grown toxic with players using purchased VC, disrupting modes like Blacktop, Jordan Challenge, and Play Now Online. As a long-time supporter of 2K games, I am disheartened by this shift towards pay-to-win mechanics. It's time to prioritize fair gameplay and skill development over monetary gains. The community and the game itself deserve better.
