Report a problem using ThredUp's app

Access the ThredUp Support Center by clicking the "Customer Support" link within the Profile menu.
Open the ThredUp app and tap on the profile icon in the top right corner. Then click "Customer Support." In the next screen, click on "Chat with customer support." This will open a chatbot where you can describe your issue and even include screenshots. If you don't wish to chat, you also have the option to send a text to customer support, but it may take longer to hear back.

Get back into your ThredUp account

Whether your ThredUp account's been restricted, or someone accessed it without permission, these are the steps you need to get it back. You don't even need your account access or original registration email to get help. Just watch the video below for all the details.
Go to the ThredUp sign-in screen. Next, click "Forgot password." Enter your email address and a code will be sent to recover your account. If you no longer have access to your email address on file, go to the home screen and scroll down and click on "FAQ". On the next screen, scroll down and click on "Contact us" at the bottom of the screen. On the next screen, a chat will appear where you can chat with an agent and let them know you need help recovering your account.
