What are the hours and when should I call?

Nissan Credit operates the call center for this 800-888-2799 phone number Mon-Fri 7am-7pm CT. The short answer is that you should call on a Friday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 79 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).

Automatically call when they open

When you use our free AI-powered phone to call and talk, wait on hold, or navigate for you, it will automatically wait until the Nissan Credit call center opens before trying to call. It will ask your permission before it places the call, so you can also further delay that scheduled call until you are ready. But that means you can "set it and forget it" ahead of time.
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Nissan Credit phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Nissan Credit staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.

The least busy time to call

The least busy day to call Nissan Credit is Friday. The most busy day to call is Wednesday, which averages 150% more phone calls by comparison. Again, this is based on a sample of 79 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.

The shortest wait on hold

We measured the shortest hold times to be on Monday. The longest wait in the queue on average occurs on Thursday.
But if you use our free call and talk for me or wait on hold for me service, you don't really need to worry about average wait times.

The best time to call Nissan Credit

In summation, the best day to call Nissan Credit is Friday. This is not the day with the shortest wait on hold in the phone system, but we still recommend it for its ideal combination of low call volume and short hold times. Plus we believe that Nissan Credit staffs the call center well on Friday.

Calling this Nissan Credit Customer Number

Apr 26, 2024

About a year ago I completed a lease pay-off for my Nissan Versa Note and I still don't have the title. Nissan mistakenly thought since I paid with a certified check that it was a bank loan, but it wasn't. They sent the title to my bank and the bank told me that they wouldn't have accepted it, so now I need to call them to talk to someone.

When I called, an automated voice picked up and said, "Thank you for calling Nissan Motor Acceptance Company. Your call may be recorded or monitored for quality purposes. If you are a customer, please press 1. If you are a dealer, please press 2. If you are someone else, please press 3."

I pressed 1, and then the voice assistant stated, "Welcome to our voice-enabled system, how can I help you today?" I responded that I needed help with my "lease pay-off" and it went on to collect further information from me. First, it asked, "Is the number you are calling from associated with your account? To proceed, please enter the number you are calling about." Once I did that it asked me to, "Please key in or say your social security number or account number." Once I did this it said that it couldn't find my account number and would transfer me to a customer agent.

I was on hold for about 20 minutes and then I was transferred to an agent who had clear English and looked into the problem for me. The wait was a bit much, but the agent was helpful so I will take the win.
