Nissan Credit Customer Service Issues

I am having an issue with my payment. I am enrolled in auto pay through NAMC, but the payment was not deducted, and I can't log into the NAMC website to check the status. I tried calling for help but couldn't reach anyone. I ended up making a payment through bill pay to avoid a late fee. Will the extra payment from bill pay be withdrawn? The bill is showing as late on the website due to the missed auto payment. After purchasing my car, a small dot on the passenger side windshield has turned into a full crack after 9 months. Nissan has declined to repair it and cannot locate a replacement windshield. All Nissan dealers in Wisconsin to Illinois have directed me to Safelite, who informed me that the windshield is currently on a national back-order. It has been two months since I've been driving with a cracked windshield that cannot be replaced. I am frustrated and disappointed with this situation, especially since I rely on the car for work and am now nervous driving it anywhere other than to my workplace. I seek assistance in finding a windshield for my car and am puzzled as to why Nissan is selling models without available windshields in the US market. Thank you.
