If you ordered something from eFavormart and never received it, you may wonder what to do. This article will teach you what you need to do.

Make Sure You've Waited Long Enough

First of all, ensure you've waited long enough that you know your purchase should have been delivered. eFavormart takes 1 to 3 days to ship out an order after receiving it. Shipping by USPS anywhere in the continental United States takes an additional 5 to 10 business days after that. Orders shipped by UPS Ground take 5 business days. Orders shipped by UPS 3-Day Air or UPS 2-Day Air take 2 or 3 business days to ship. UPS Next Day Air takes only 1 day to ship. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can take longer.

International USPS orders usually ship within 10 to 21 days. Customs checks can lengthen this time. International orders shipped by UPS ships within 5 to 10 business days. Customs can delay these orders, too.

Track Your Order

When you placed your order, eFavormart sent you tracking information for it. Open the email containing the information and get the tracking number. To track a USPS parcel, go here and enter the tracking number. To track a UPS parcel, go here and enter the number.

If You Are Sure the Package Never Arrived

If the tracking says that your package has been delivered, or if it has no information but you are certain that you should have received it by now, follow these instructions:

  1. Check all around your house to make sure the delivery person didn't leave your package in a strange place.
  2. Check with your neighbors to make sure the package wasn't delivered to one of them by mistake.
  3. If you cannot find your package, contact either the USPS or UPS, depending on who you chose as a shipper. Ask for help figuring out what happened to your package.
  4. After completing all of the above steps, if you still have not located your package, you can contact eFavormart for help figuring out what happened to it.

If eFavormart determines that the reason for the delivery failure was incorrect or incomplete shipping information that you entered, it may, as a courtesy, split the replacement cost 50/50 with you.
