Can I cancel or change my order once it has been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified. Once your order has reached the shipping phase, we are unable to retrieve or alter it in any way. We strive to ensure prompt processing and delivery, and once an order has entered the shipping process, it is beyond our control. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before submitting it to avoid any issues. If you wish to cancel or change an order that has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to be delivered, and then follow our return or exchange policy.
