After you've had a disappointing experience at a Wyndham-owned property, you might want to contact the company directly to file a complaint. Here are the steps to file a complaint about the property to Wyndham.

1. Make Sure It Is a Wyndham Property

The first thing you should do is make sure the property is a Wyndham property. Check out its list of hotels on its website.

2. Click on the Link to View the Property's Details

To complain about the property, click the Find a Property link and locate the property details.

Once you arrive at the correct page for filing a complaint, provide all relevant information so that Wyndham can assist you in resolving any issues with your stay at the particular hotel or resort. These include:

  • Date of arrival and departure
  • Contact information (phone number(s), email address)
  • Description of the issue(s) experienced during a stay or after check-out

3. Click the Contact Us Button

To find the contact form, click the Contact Us button and select Reservations under "Select a Topic.

You can select your topic and provide information about your issue. You will be directed to a new screen.

4. Select Your Reason for Complaints About the Property

In the Reason for Contacting Wyndham field, select Property Complaint from the drop-down menu. In the Comments box, write a brief description of your complaint. You can select one of the following reasons:

5. Fill Out the Required Fields for Personal Information

6. Review and Click Submit
