  5. Select "Cancel" on the screen.
  6. Click "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.
  7. Record the cancellation confirmation number.

Canceling Online for Non-Bonvoy Members Through Website

If you are not a Bonvoy Member, you will need to do the following steps to cancel your stay:

  1. In your browser, open the Marriott website.
  2. Click the link labeled "My Trips."
  3. Type your reservation number in the box labeled "Look up a Reservation."
  4. Click the button to "Cancel Room."
  5. Select "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.

Bonvoy Member Cancellations Using App

As a Bonvoy Member you can also cancel an upcoming stay via the mobile app by doing the following:

  1. Open the app on your mobile device.

  5. Open the menu by tapping the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

Android Users

  3. Tap "Trips" on the screen.
  4. Select the reservation to cancel.

Non-Bonvoy Member Cancellations Using the App

Guests who are not reward members can cancel an upcoming stay through the app by completing the following steps:

  3. Select "Look it Up" to find an upcoming reservation.
  4. Enter the reservation number.
  5. Click "Continue."
  6. Tap on "Reservation Details."
