Is your complaint about an order you just received? To report a problem, sign in to your account first.
Follow the on-screen prompts to file a complaint and complete a request for a resolution. You also need to upload pictures of the entire item and packaging, if available. Make sure the photos are also clear and appear undamaged.
After submitting your request, wait for the confirmation email from Wayfair. Note that you may also be asked to return the item. Return it promptly. Otherwise, you may not get a refund or a replacement unit. Wayfair also has the right to refuse service for damaged items reported 30 days after delivery.
Go to Wayfair's Contact Us page to start filing a complaint. Click "My account or payments" if your issue is related to your account with them.
You will be asked to sign in to your Wayfair account, and they may also send a code to the email address associated with your Wayfair account.
Is your issue regarding a payment? You can file a complaint by choosing Manage Wayfair Credit Card Account. You can see the list of options under " Manage Your Account. Since you are filing a complaint, click "I Still Want to Talk to Someone Else".
