You can cancel auto payments online or via the mobile app by doing the following:

  2. On the computer select "Bill Payments," and on the app select "Pay Bills & Transfer."
  3. Locate the merchant or vendor that is set as payee.
  4. Click "Autopay."
  5. Choose "Remove Autopay."
