Visit the Target website.
Scroll down the Target homepage until you find the "Help" line. It's almost all the way at the bottom in black lettering against a white background and has a down-pointing arrow to its right.
Click on the down-pointing arrow to the right of "Help." Doing so will expand the menu.
Browse the menu under "Help" to find the "Target Help" line. It should be directly under the "Help" header and above "Returns."
Click on the "Target Help" link. Doing this will take you to the Target "Help" page.
Locate the "Track My Order" box. It should be the first option under the "What would you like help with?" line.
Click on the "Track My Order" box, which will take you to the "Sign in or create account" page.
Enter your email address or phone number to log in to your Target account.
Once you're logged in to your Target account, track your order. If you need assistance, please move on to the next step.
If you need assistance tracking your Target order, reach out to Target customer service. This is particularly important if the tracking information says "delivered" but you never received your items. Make sure you have your order information available, including the date you placed the order and what items you should receive. If the tracking information says "delivered," but you never got the package, the representative can advise you about what you can do next. If the package is still on the way, the representative can tell you approximately when you should get it.
Make sure to put your phone on speaker when calling Target customer service. This allows you to converse with the representative without disruption and navigate the Target app simultaneously if you need to. Regardless of where your package is, write down notes about the phone call, including the date and time you called, as well as the name of the representative you spoke to.
Act promptly if you want to track your Target order. This allows you to keep a close eye on its location so you can grab it as quickly as possible when it arrives to your home.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
