Introduction

Customer feedback matters more than ever, especially in today’s fast-paced food service world. Subway wants to hear directly from customers about their in-store or online experience. The old survey method at TellSubway.com is now discontinued. Instead, all feedback should be submitted through their official Contact Form. This blog walks you through each step to share your thoughts quickly and easily. Whether you had great service, an issue with your order, or a suggestion, Subway offers a simple way to connect. Keep reading to learn the exact steps you need to follow and how to make your voice heard.

Open the Official Subway Website

Start by opening your browser and visiting www.subway.com. This is Subway’s official website. Make sure you're on the correct page to avoid scams or unofficial surveys.

Scroll to the Bottom of the Homepage

Once you're on the website, scroll all the way down. Look for a link labeled “Contact Us” at the bottom footer of the page. Click on it to continue.

Select Your Feedback Type

The Contact page will show different categories like general inquiries, restaurant feedback, or app support. Choose “Restaurant Feedback” if you’re commenting on your visit to a physical store.

Fill Out the Contact Form

You’ll see a form asking for your name, email address, phone number (optional), and details of your visit. Enter everything clearly. Include your visit date, time, restaurant location, and a description of your experience.

Describe Your Experience Honestly

Use the text box to explain your visit. Be specific about what went well or what went wrong. Mention the food, service, cleanliness, or anything else relevant. Clear, polite, and honest feedback helps Subway improve. To help Subway process your feedback faster, include the store number or address. This info is usually printed on your receipt. If you don’t have it, mention the street name, city, or any other helpful details.

Submit the Form

If you have a receipt or photos related to your feedback, you can upload them. This is optional but useful for reporting serious issues or missing items.

Once you’ve filled in everything, double-check your contact details and message. Then click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form. You should see a confirmation message that your feedback was received.

Use the “Chat With Us” Option

If you prefer real-time help, look for the “Chat With Us” button on the bottom of Subway’s Contact page. Click it to start a live conversation with a customer support rep. You can type your feedback directly into the chat, and the agent will record it.

If you are not sure how to submit your feedback, just tell the rep. They’ll guide you through the right process, whether that’s filling out the form or sharing details through chat.

Conclusion

Subway no longer accepts feedback through the old TellSubway survey. Now, all experiences must be submitted through the official Contact Form at subway.com. Visit the site, scroll down to Contact Us, choose the right feedback category, and complete the form with your visit details. You can also attach photos or receipts. Once you submit the form, Subway may follow up by email to resolve the issue or thank you. Your feedback helps Subway improve its food and service for everyone. By taking just a few minutes, you can make a real difference.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Subway Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
