Locate the Pandora menu on the homepage. It's in the upper-left corner, represented by three horizontal white lines against a blue background.
Click on the stacked white lines in the upper-left corner of the website. This will expand the Pandora menu.
Browse the Pandora menu until you spot the "Help" link. It's below "Sign Up" and above "Subscription."
Click on the "Help" link. This will take you to the Pandora help page.
Find the horizontal search bar. It's at the top of the page and says "Search our help site."
Click on the search bar at the top of the page. Doing so will cause your cursor to blink and your phone's keyboard to appear.
Type "Trouble logging in," and press the return button on the phone's keyboard.
Find the "Help Articles" header and click on it.
Locate the search result that best applies to your situation. In this case, it will likely be "Password and Login Help."
Browse the list of topics under "Password and Login Help." They range from "Reset or Change Your Password on Mobile" to "Not receiving the password reset email." Click on the one that applies to your situation. Doing so will open up a new page, going directly to a section with the same title as the option you clicked on.
Read the details in the section.
Try the recommendations in the section. If you were unable to recover your Pandora account, please move on to Step 14.
