Minecraft allows you to choose between two subscription types; one-time and recurring payments. With one-time payments, you have to manually extend your realm when your subscription period is over. You can do it on your account page.

Canceling Your Realms Subscription

If you are no longer interested in your Minecraft realm, you can cancel it whenever you please. You can do it in your Account overview. Identify the realm you are looking for under the option 'My Subscription.' You can then cancel your subscription.

Once you cancel your subscription, you can continue to enjoy its benefits until the subscription period is over. You don't lose any days that are covered in your subscription.

If you have any trouble canceling your subscription, you may seek help from the customer support team. They may ask you to provide the transaction ID associated with your latest Realms purchase.

When buying certain Mojang games, your payment information may be saved to your account. The information may be used when you wish to make transactions in the future.

The information is encrypted so Mojang can't access your account. Your payment information remains safe even if your account is compromised.

If you are sure that you no longer wish to make payments to Mojang, you can remove your payment details from your account. Sign in to your account and scroll down to the option 'Payment Details.' You will see a list of the cards that have been filed in your account. Click on the 'Delete' option to remove the cards from your database. If no cards are listed, they are not listed in your system.

Getting Refunds from Minecraft

Minecraft gives you a refund if you contact them within 15 minutes after making your purchase. You can get a refund from Minecraft under the following circumstances;

1. You made the same purchase multiple times

2. You are unable to access your game even after seeking help from technical support

3. If you did not approve the purchase (if your account was hacked)

If you qualify for a refund, you should seek help from the support team. They will ask you to provide your order number or transaction ID. Explain the purchase for which you want a refund. If Minecraft can't verify your identity, they may be unable to issue your transaction.

You can't get a refund for purchases that you made with a Paysafe card because of technical limitations. You don't get refunds for prepaid cards.

Minecraft Demo

The free trial version of Minecraft allows you to try it before you are ready to spend your money on it. On your PC, you can play the demo mode by registering for a Mojang account and downloading the Minecraft launcher. You can play the demo game for five in-games or 100 minutes.

You may also get free versions of the game for Xbox 360 or Xbox One. Purchase them on the Xbox Store. On the PlayStation Store, you can find free demos for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4.

If you need help with your Minecraft, you may seek support from the help desk. It gives you the chance to follow conversations started by other customers and learn from them. Minecraft's help desk has tips, suggestions, and reminders that may help you.

If you don't find something that answers your questions, you may start a new conversation. Explain the nature of your problem and you will receive a response from other who have been through the same. Unfortunately, it is impossible to speak directly with a representative. Minecraft does not offer support on email or their social media sites.
