To set up automatic bill payments from your desktop or laptop, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into HSBC Online Banking.
  2. Click on the My Banking tab in the nav bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on the Pay or Transfer option under the Move Money header.
  4. Click New Payee.
  5. Click on Bill Payment.
