If you have an account with Fifth Third Bank, you can set up recurring bill payments so that your bills are taken care of automatically and you never risk forgetting and running late. It's pretty easy to set up.

How to Set Up Recurring Bill Payment with Fifth Third Bank

To set up recurring bill payment, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Fifth Third Bank website.
  2. Click on the Log In button in the upper right corner.
  3. Log into your account.
  4. Hover over the Bank tab in the navigation bar near the top of the screen.
  5. Click on the Online and Mobile Banking link.
  6. Scroll down until you see the "Pay Bills without the Hassle" header.
  7. Click on the See How button.
  8. Click on the Get Started button.
  9. Choose the payee from the list of payees you have added to your account. If you haven't added this payee yet, follow the prompts to do so.
  10. Enter the payment amount and the frequency with which you want the payment made when prompted.
  11. Follow the prompts to finish setting up the recurring payment.

During the set-up process, you will have the opportunity to add a note for the payee to the payments. You can also set up automatic notifications for the payments so you won't be caught off-guard by them, and never end up with less in your account than you were expecting. You will also have access to payment reports that you can customize.
