Go to the DISH website.
Locate the DISH menu. You'll find it in the upper-right corner of the website, represented by three red horizontal lines.

Find the "Support" line. It should be the last line in the menu.
Click on the "Support" line. Doing so will take you to a page that says "How can we help?" at the top in black lettering.
Scroll down on the "How can we help?" page until you find the "Trending topics" section.
Locate the "Signal Loss" line in the "Trending topics" section.
Click on the right-pointing arrow to the right of "Signal Loss." Doing so will take you to the "Signal Loss" page.
Read through the "Signal Loss" page. It provides information on what to do if you're experiencing signal loss and the potential cause(s).
Try the suggestions on the "Signal Loss" page. If you're still having difficulties, please move on to the next step.
