Carters.com has what they call a "Happiness Policy" on goods sold. If, within 90 days of the original purchase, you aren't completely satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. If it's beyond that 90-day window or you don't have the receipt or packaging information, Carters will still exchange the items for the current selling price.
