In a nutshell: Having a Blizzard membership or account means you have a World of Warcraft subscription, granting you access to the classic game or the main game. If you have a subscription, you can earn in-game rewards and play different WoW (World of Warcraft) games. Please note that a subscription doesn't grant access to the latest expansion of World of Warcraft. Blizzard users can cancel their subscription at any time, and we'll show you how in this helpful guide. If you don't want to cancel as you may use the platform in the future, there is also another option for you.

You have multiple options to log in to your account. You can log in via Google, Apple, and Facebook.
If you have an Xbox Network, PlayStation, Nintendo, or Steam account, click the option and sign in to your account.
Those who have an email address and password, enter them in and tap Log in.
You need to click on Manage next to the WoW account for which you wish to cancel the subscription.
Don't see a cancel option? This means that you don't have a subscription on that account, or your account may have already been cancelled.
You will also be asked to answer the first question of the cancellation survey. You only need to select the primary reason for your cancellation, which may be personal, payment-related, or gameplay-related issues. Select the best option and tap Continue.
You need to confirm the cancellation by tapping on the Cancel My Subscription box again.
Note: If your account was accidentally cancelled after updating your payment method, you can set it up again.
After canceling the account, you will still be able to play until your current time expires. Note that you can also set up a new subscription at any time in the future. If this is your plan, consider pausing your subscription instead. Below are the steps to pause your subscription.
Use the same link above to sign in to your account and tap 'Manage' again. This time, tap 'Pause Next Payment' instead of canceling your subscription. You can resume your subscription by signing in and tapping 'Resume Subscription' under 'Manage'.
Blizzard users also have the option to cancel the account of a deceased player. To do this, you need to contact them using this link: https://us.support.blizzard.com/en/help/product/wow/166/180/solution
Tap 'Contact Us' and use the live chat or submit a web ticket. You will need to provide the payment method, so they can locate the account and cancel the subscription.
Please note that once you've paid for a subscription, a refund is no longer possible if you cancel it. However, there may be an exception if your reason is valid. For example, you already cancelled your subscription but were still being charged. In this case, it may be possible to get a refund. To check whether you're eligible for a refund, go to Blizzard's Refund Review Feature page and answer a few questions. Are you still having trouble canceling your subscription with Blizzard? GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
