Step one: Go to the American Express website and log into your account.

Step two: Click on Profile and Preferences and then click Contact Details.

Step three: Update your address.

If you have more than one card, you'll need to update your mailing address on each card that you own. Only Basic Card Members can update all addresses. If you're an Additional Card Member and need to update your address, contact American Express and a customer service representative will help you update your mailing address.
