Believe it or not, nobody has added any comments or feedback about http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/chat/hardware_chat?c=us&l=en&s=gen since it was added to GetHuman on Oct 3, 2009 - so please go on and be the first customer to tell us what you think.

First, as customers we can all benefit by learning from each other. Any information you find here that is helpful was provided by another Dell Tech Support customer.
Second, we need to keep companies like Dell Tech Support in check. If there is a common problem or complaint related to customer service, we need to make each other aware, and ensure that they are listening.
