Business plans changed unexpectedly after we had made flight, hotel, rental car & parking reservations. Priceline changed the flight reservations (for a fee)however were very unwilling to change the hotel, car and parking reservations, because of company policy. Total additional cost to THEIR CUSTOMER? Over $500.00 in fees, rescheduling the hotel, car and parking. This company is obviously not concerned about their customer. We will never use this company again
