“I have been trying to clean this matter back in 2008, someone used my SSI# and used my account with out my knowledge, ran the bill up to $5.064.I have been receiving calls from an collection agency, that will not work with me. I told them this is identy theift. They can not give me the address or phone # to call JCPenny's and talk to a person there.I am trying to get some form of paper work to fill out a fraud report with our local police Dept.They gave me an address of the person who used it but no name. My credit has been ruined by this matter. I am trying to work with JCPenny to clear this matter up.But without any help from your company Iam unable to do so. I would appreciate any help you can offer me regarding this matter.”
