“The lady could not speak English. Asked for my PHONE number numerous times then told me the computer told her it was incorrect.... put me on hold to tell me that they would ship me out my recovery CDs, told me to hold on the line for the recording and then proceeded to hang up the phone.... And I wasn't even done complaining about my day old computer.... ”
