“REALLY BAD!!! I won't buy from Dell ever again! I dealt with 3 indians who succesively put me on hold for 66 minutes and accomplished absolutely nothing! Oh, they were great at apologizing and saying how sorry they were, but still had not a clue as to how to assist me with my purchase that was damaged in shipment. Asked to speak with someone in the U.S., got another apology and bullcrap about how Dell is a multinational corporation...blah, blah, blah!!! Ineresting how Dell seems to have forgotten "where they came from". Multinational is all good and well, but I didn't buy my TV in India, and it would be nice to speak with an American who had a clue and knew what to do.”
