“ I am very "Disappointed" by Air-France staff " Lahore - Pakistan " I had a resv. made thru an Travel agency: COMPUTER NUMBER :YTWU9W Today when the agent went to get a the sales guy at Airfrance office refused to issue my ticket today stating my Passport is fake/Doubtfull. I talked to him personally, I requested him to give it in writing that my AMERICAN PASSPORT IS FAKE according to AIRFRANCE STAFF. He refused and said he doesnt need to do that, becuz he is telling me he is not going to issue my ticket on the reason my passport is fake.. I believe this is extremely unethical on AIRFRANCES part and I also belive a serious action should be taken against Sales Staff of Airfrance as well as management.
