"Final try at getting throught to Adobe: Late Monday night about 10 pm EDT I called. Over an hour later someone finally picked up! I needed to have my company's account unlocked so I could get to the volume licensing keys. It took three people, but I got the site unlocked."

"I spent 40 minutes on the line trying to get adobe to unlock an account for my company. I called their support line at 800-833-6687 and chose option 1 for general support. After 40 minutes of patiently waiting, 40 minutes of not even talking to a single human I hung up and called again. The second time I called and ..."

"I was told the wait time was going to be 5 min. and I waited on the line for over a half an hour before I hung up because I never spoke to a representative. Very frustrating that I cannot talk to a person in the estimated time the provide to wait."
