To switch service to new owners, you'll need to first terminate your current services. This can be done by notifying us of your final day and providing a forwarding address to receive your final bill. The new owner of the property should then open a new service account in their name, as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions in service. They will need to provide personal details such as name, SSN, and address, as well as the anticipated move-in date. We recommend coordinating this process for a smooth transition.
