We want to complete the order and you could help us do so immediately. We want * Now-***** * lb. and *MRM-******Crazy that the cart is not available and no confirmation came when we attempted to order. ... We placed * items in the cart. It never gave us a chance to complete the order. I am having difficulty*getting to chat, or send my frustrations on this order.*Cannot reach by phone or email. I get responses like I don't understand your question. We did not receive a confirmation number. Next came the message that*the cart is not available. Do you want our order or not?
An hour of time is wasted already and maybe more.
We want our order placed and then shipped. We want a confirmation that it is ordered.
Have been a customer *-* years.
