Yes, you can cancel or change your order on iHerb.com as long as it has not been processed or shipped. To make any modifications, go to your account page and click on the "View Orders" tab. Locate the specific order you want to cancel or change and select the appropriate option. If the order has not been processed, you can cancel it entirely or make any necessary changes to the items or shipping address. However, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Therefore, it is important to act promptly. Please note that any changes or cancellations may take up to 24 hours to update in the system, and refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
