What is iHerb's return policy?

iHerb's return policy allows customers to return any product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. If a product is damaged during shipping, iHerb will replace it at no additional cost. To initiate a return, customers need to contact the iHerb customer service team and provide their order number. iHerb may request pictures or additional information to process the return request. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an iHerb error. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within a reasonable time frame.
