I made a Priceline purchase through the Ibotta app in August, because that way I would get a small amount of cash back from my vacation. They clearly stated it could take up to ** days for the cash back to be credited to my account. That would mean late October. In mid November, when I noticed that the amount was STILL pending and had not been credited, I emailed Ibotta and asked why. The run-around commenced. I provided them with our travel confirmation email from Priceline, and all the information they asked for. They started out by still giving me estimates on how long this would take to resolve. Now, it's just, "We're happy to hold on to your case." No apology, and no credit.

GetHuman-mbbjgmzu did not yet indicate what iBotta should do to make this right.
