Return of wrong product should be simple yet here I am on the third website page, writing a second missive simply trying to get (WHAT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS) return instructions.*Every link to “returns” on the website - even showing my order- leads to an empty page. (Your autocorrect interpreted my word “sea-shell” as a profanity and changed the last * letters to stars)
Include return instructions with product. (Seriously, who’s in charge there?)
