eForCity's Standard Return Policy

The company's Standard Return Policy covers most of the items sold by eForCity. Under this policy, any item can be returned for a full refund or a replacement for any reason as long as the return is made within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear and tear that could interfere with resale. The company will not refund the original shipping charges, and it will not reimburse you for the return shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number (more on that below). eForCity will make the final decision on accepting any item for return and whether or not it is in a resalable condition.

eForCity's Special Return Policy
