I order my textbook on *.**.** sat and paid for * day ****pping. It hasn't arrived yet to bham al, customer service refunded the ****pping cost yesterday. however, the book still hasn't arrived today *.*.**. I want to cancel my order and have my monies returned I will and must order from another company asap.
I trust that eCampus.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
