Help with my eCampus.com issue

I order my textbook on *.**.** sat and paid for * day shipping. It hasn't arrived yet to bham al, customer service refunded the shipping cost yesterday. however, the book still hasn't arrived today *.*.**. I want to cancel my order and have my monies returned I will and must order from another company asap.
GetHuman-carolcd did not yet indicate what eCampus.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-carolcd fixed the problem
Campus rep said my shipping costs would be refunded. However, it's ****** and my book still hasn't arrived. They gave me a free ebook to use in the mean time and said they would refund rental price if I returned it when it arrived. Still, I need the book till *** until semester ends. So, where's the total compensation.
