The return policy for textbooks purchased from eCampus.com allows customers to return their textbooks within 30 days of the purchase date. The textbooks must be in new and unopened condition, with all accompanying materials and packaging intact. eCampus.com does not accept returns for textbooks that have been marked, highlighted, or damaged in any way. To initiate a return, customers must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting the customer service team. Once the RA number is received, the textbooks must be shipped back to eCampus.com, using a trackable shipping method and at the customer's expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, eCampus.com will issue a refund, minus any shipping fees, to the original payment method used for the purchase.
