I am the buyer, and I still have not received any confirmation or information from the seller or eBay since I completed my purchase yesterday. My representative was Lisa Davis, and the order ID number is 55[redacted]8. Despite the seller, Debra Ann McCormick, supposedly being an active customer on eBay since [redacted], I have not received any initial communication from eBay regarding the payment process. Even after checking my spam folder and entering the information provided by the seller accurately, I have not been able to proceed with the transaction smoothly.

I had a challenging experience dealing with eBay. My personal account was suspended over a $70 listing fee dispute for an item I tried to ship. Despite paying $[redacted] for a shipping label through eBay, I was asked for an additional $70 at the post office to ship it. When seeking help from eBay support, my label was canceled, and I was told to purchase another one, which I couldn't afford. I asked for assistance in communicating with the buyer to cancel the sale but was left without a solution. Subsequently, my account was banned due to non-payment of the fee. When attempting to start a business account for my print shop, it was permanently banned within minutes without explanation. This situation has left me frustrated and confused about eBay's handling of the matter.

I have a 20-year-old eBay account set up when I lived in Hong Kong but it is apparently tied to eBay USA. Now living in Australia since [redacted], I am encountering an issue with my eBay Australia account where I am unable to link my Australian bank account due to automatic redirection to eBay USA which doesn't accept Australian bank account numbers. As a seller, eBay has held my recent sales funds and I am unable to access them. Despite being aware of similar problems with other clients, eBay has not provided a timeframe or solution to rectify the issue. I have closed my other selling accounts to prevent further funds being withheld. Attempting to create a new eBay Australia account has also been unsuccessful. I urge eBay to release my funds by accepting an Australian bank account, stopping the redirection to eBay USA, or providing a check for the withheld funds. Please communicate a resolution promptly at [redacted], avoiding generic responses and acknowledging the urgency of the situation.

I encountered an issue with a keyboard synthesizer purchase. After buying it, the seller claimed it was already sold and couldn't cancel the order. Despite trying a return request, the seller insisted on an "item not received" request. Unfortunately, I missed the arrival date to do so. When attempting to file the claim now, I am unable to proceed and the return appears closed. The situation is distressing as I am not receiving any help and fear I might be scammed. I bought a leather jacket in December [redacted] but had sizing issues. Despite returning the items at my expense, the replacements did not fit. The seller agreed to provide a refund after multiple emails were exchanged. Initially unable to process the refund through eBay, they claimed they didn't have a PayPal account, which turned out to be untrue. Eventually, I invoiced them via PayPal as they requested. Now, they are asking me to cover the postage fees for the incorrectly sized jackets, which is a considerable amount, nearly half the jacket's cost. Keep in mind, I had already paid for shipping on two return deliveries.

I am having trouble locating my account as I have forgotten the email and password. Due to getting a new phone that damaged the previous one and lost all my information, I am unable to access my account. I sold items but did not receive payment, for a total amount of around $[redacted], which I intended to transfer to my Wells Fargo account. I placed an order on May 3rd (order number 20-08[redacted]5; shipping code NY[redacted]06) and even now, after over 20 days, I have not received anything. I have continuously checked the tracking, which always says the recipient was not home at the time of delivery, which is not possible because I made sure either I or my husband were at home for over a week to avoid any issues with the courier. I tried contacting the seller (elettronica1974 ([redacted])), demanding a refund, but they told me to check the parcel tracking. So, I attempted to contact eBay, but for some reason, I am unable to sign up and register, preventing me from opening any refund claims since I cannot access my customer area without being registered. Therefore, I just want to be refunded. Could you please assist me?

I placed an order for a book on 5/23/22 with a seller named Zuber. The PayPal order number is 13-08[redacted]6, and the eBay item number is [redacted]85. I received a message from the seller stating that there was an issue processing my order, and it has been canceled with a full refund to my original payment method. I then received an email from eBay stating that the seller had to cancel the order because of an issue with the buyer's address or a cancellation request, which I did not make. I have a long history of positive feedback on eBay and never had issues with addresses. Despite this, the item has disappeared from my Purchased Items list, potentially preventing me from leaving feedback. I am disappointed with this situation and would like appropriate action to be taken against the seller.

My buyer account was permanently suspended on suspicion of unusual activity without any negative feedback. I bought 2 phones and made successful payments before the issue arose. Now, after 4 days, I can't access my account to verify the order status. I am seeking account restoration or information on the shipped products and possible refunds if the orders were canceled.

I made a purchase on eBay, but the seller didn't send the item after taking my money. Now, the seller has disappeared by deleting their account. The order number shown in my purchase history is invalid, and I can't resolve the issue using eBay's online help tools. Unfortunately, contacting a representative has been unsuccessful as all attempts lead nowhere. Phone calls only connect to a computer, and I can't speak to a live person. It's impossible to find an email contact on the site. Whenever I try to contact eBay through a link, I end up having to verify my account repeatedly, only to be directed back to the homepage without making any progress. The eBay system seems to send me in circles without resolving the problem.

I am having trouble with the customer service app as there is no one available to help. I placed an order for Gillette Mach3 Razor Blade Refills and only received two packs out of twelve. I have not received the other ten packs or a refund for them. I offered to send a picture of the two packs via phone to the seller, but they did not provide a phone number. The tracking number shown belongs to someone else, which seems suspicious. The lack of communication from hbaplanets and eBay is frustrating. I believe this situation needs to be resolved promptly.

I bought a $[redacted] eBay card, but it wasn't activated. I spoke to the person helping me, provided the card and receipt numbers, where I bought it, and downloaded a program to resolve it. We planned to re-do the process with new numbers, but I haven't heard from him in three days. I'd appreciate if this could be resolved today. I am having issues with my eBay and Payoneer accounts. There seems to be a technical problem as both sides are showing different information. Payoneer claims my account is fully verified, but eBay insists it is not fully verified. After providing all the necessary documents to eBay to prove verification, they acknowledged it but failed to follow up. Although they acknowledged my verified account, they have now restricted it without any response. eBay mentioned verifying the global payment service, but Payoneer stated I need to receive funds from eBay to do so. This has left me unable to sell on eBay even though I am fully verified, as confirmed by a Payoneer supervisor. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any help or response from eBay. I am at a loss as to what to do next as I have not violated any rules.

I made a purchase on eBay and have been waiting for a week without receiving any updates. They informed me that they closed the case and kept my money without delivering my order. I purchased 3 items from different sellers, and only 2 have arrived - a table and a white tureen. The 4 small tureens are missing, and the deadline has passed. I no longer need them as I am going on a trip. I recently fell victim to a scam on eBay, and I'm relieved to know that a refund is being processed by the platform. After this experience, I feel compelled to suggest some modifications to eBay's purchasing process to enhance buyer safety and reduce similar incidents in the future. Firstly, I propose that eBay implement an alert for relatively new sellers. This alert would inform buyers of the seller's new status on eBay and prompt them to reconsider before proceeding with the purchase. Additionally, if a seller has received more than one negative feedback in the last three months, another alert should appear to warn potential buyers. Despite my 15 years on eBay, I recently encountered a scam due to a momentary lapse in attention. While I have reported three fraudulent sellers in the past, a simple alert could have prevented this latest incident and saved both eBay and myself time. I believe these proposed changes could greatly benefit eBay and its users by improving overall safety and trust within the platform.

On a recent holiday Monday, I purchased three eBay gift cards: one for $50 and two for $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. On Wednesday, I sent one $[redacted] card to a friend in California, which was found to have a zero balance once she tried to use it. Today, I gave the other $[redacted] card to a different friend, and the same issue occurred with a zero balance. I contacted eBay chat and spoke to representatives named Jennifer or Jenna and then Mary and another lady named Felicia Danick. They mentioned that the cards might have been redeemed already, even though the PIN was still covered. I'm waiting for a report via email as promised. As I didn't receive it yet, I informed my bank about the fraudulent situation. Both Walmart and eBay chat haven't provided satisfactory answers on how to resolve this issue. Consequently, I notified my bank and shared all the details with them to investigate.
