I bought a product on December 13th, but it never arrived, and I didn't get a refund. The seller is unresponsive, and despite my efforts to communicate with both the seller and customer service, eBay closed the case inaccurately, citing inactivity. They closed it just two days after I reached out, claiming 21 days of inactivity. The order was for a significant amount of money (£93.15), but both eBay and the seller have been unhelpful. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue. I need to get in touch with a live representative! My account was restricted on eBay, which led me to attempt their phone verification process multiple times without success due to poor cell service causing disconnections. Despite not completing the questions, I was informed I failed and was unable to retry immediately. The option to contact customer service is missing from my account, preventing me from seeking help. The error messages I receive when trying to message for assistance add to my frustration. It's disappointing how eBay is handling this situation.

Ebay recently reset my password citing safety reasons, preventing me from accessing my account. When I sought help through the chat room, they redirected me to Justanswer, a service I had used before. However, I'm now being asked to pay $46.00 for a monthly/yearly membership renewal, which I refuse to do for an issue caused by Ebay. I am frustrated by this situation and feel it's unfair to incur charges for a problem that Ebay created. The customer service experience has left me very unhappy. I believe Ebay should handle this matter without additional costs on my end. I am willing to provide detailed feedback on my experience if needed. I sold an item on eBay, and the buyer claimed they did not receive it. After contacting them via email, I realized they were in Tennessee while the package was sent to Las Vegas. I kindly asked eBay to check the records, as I distinctly remember sending it to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, instead of assisting me, eBay deducted funds from my bank account. Today, I managed to track the package to H. Pereira at [redacted] Mauna King St., Las Vegas, zip code 89[redacted]. The item sold was 21-08[redacted]1. It would have been appreciated if eBay had made more effort to help resolve the situation. The buyer left a hurtful post warning others about me, which was upsetting. Thank you, Marlene Hardesty.

I'm experiencing ongoing issues with my account being temporarily closed due to password problems on eBay. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I am unable to successfully sign in with the new one. The system keeps looping me back to change my password without granting access. This cycle has been repeating for a couple of weeks now. Occasionally, the new password works briefly before locking me out again, requiring another reset. This frustrating experience is discouraging me from using eBay, especially since I currently need to return an item but can't due to these login issues.

I purchased the Dragon Ball Z Z Warriors Prepare VHS tape from the seller, who claimed it was in VERY GOOD CONDITION. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that the tape was severely moldy. Despite providing photo evidence of the damage, the seller does not believe me. They are requesting that I return the item at my own expense, which includes a $17 ride to the post office and shipping fees. This additional cost is unreasonable given that the item was sold in a misrepresented condition. I feel it is unfair for me to bear the financial burden of returning the item when the seller should have accurately assessed its condition beforehand. I am seeking a refund for my purchase.

I am experiencing an issue with an eBay purchase from the seller known as am-autoparts. Despite debiting my card for the payment, the item has not been delivered and is now past the expected delivery date. The tracking information indicates that the item was in my area briefly but is now in a different state. I have tried reaching out to the seller with no success. Contacting eBay directly has proven to be a challenge as their phone numbers have led me to automated systems that abruptly disconnect the call. Even when trying to report the undelivered item through their online help center, it still shows as scheduled to arrive on time, which is not the case anymore. My next step is to involve my credit card company to seek a refund. It is frustrating that eBay seems unreachable, with no way to connect with a human representative either online or by phone.

I have been a loyal eBay user for over 15 years without any issues with eBay or PayPal. Recently, my account was inexplicably locked, and despite being prompted to change my password, I was not informed to what. Resetting the password has been problematic as it keeps looping back to the password entry without allowing me to proceed. I am unsure of the reason for this issue and would like my account reinstated promptly. Additionally, we have moved recently, resulting in changes to both the address and phone number associated with the account. The old contact information is no longer valid. Please assist me in reactivating my account and updating the necessary details.

I am having trouble locating my order number on your website. My order number was 15-08[redacted]3 with a total of $48.78. It was for the Greenworks 80V Trimmer Line String Replacement, but unfortunately, the product I received does not fit my machine. I initiated the return process on April 3, [redacted], and was instructed to send it back to SuZhou, China. I reached out to sevencolorslife via email on April 13th and found out that it would cost approximately $36.85 to ship the item back to China using USPS registered repackaged in a box. This means I will only receive a refund of $11.93 after deducting the return shipping cost. The package came from Inwood, NY [redacted] in a plastic bag container. sevencolorslife provided me with an error code 5 on a coded document, but I am unable to transmit it back to them. I would like instructions on how to return the item to a US location to receive a full refund of $48.78. Thank you.

I have experienced issues with the "FREE" listings not being free as advertised. Despite the app indicating I have free listings left, I have been billed for them. Editing prices on listings is also a challenge, making many of my listings ineffective. Adding featured or bold options is not possible on most listings. I have tried to edit multiple listings with limited success. Even though I have verified my account and bank information, the app still limits my listings. I am seeking clarification on the billing problem and requesting a credit for listings that should have been free. Assistance with editing listings and adding features on paid ads via the Android app would be greatly appreciated. The app has layout issues, with some screens extending off the edges, making it difficult to read or interact with pop-ups. I used to have success selling on eBay years ago, and the current app experience falls short of expectations. I am pressed for time due to an upcoming move, and I need to sell items promptly. I need assistance with returning 10 orders valued at $42.23 each. The seller is being uncooperative and has provided false addresses. They should cover the return shipping costs as it was their mistake, but they refuse. I believe only eBay has the capability to provide me with the seller's accurate information to return the items. Additionally, the seller is reportedly selling illegal items on the platform, potentially linked to some serious incidents. I am willing to involve the FBI cyber crimes unit if necessary. eBay needs to address this promptly as I'm concerned about the implications. I request a refund of $[redacted].68 for the 11 incorrect orders and ask for a shipping label to return the items to eBay.

I purchased a cello from a seller who failed to mention that the fingerboard is warped, making it unplayable. Despite the seller agreeing to credit me $75 for repairs via email, I have not received this credit after two reminders. The seller claims family issues are causing the delay, but I believe he is purposely stalling until eBay cannot assist me. Additionally, a case included in the sale has not been shipped as promised. I am concerned about time passing and want to address this matter promptly. While the ad stated no returns, I am confident in eBay's buyer protection policy.

I made a purchase on March 16th, but the item has not been shipped. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times with no response. Upon reviewing the seller's profile, it is evident that they are engaging in fraudulent behavior. They accept payment on eBay but fail to deliver the items, as seen in various customer complaints on their profile page. This seller is operating dishonestly, yet remains active on eBay unchecked. I am requesting an immediate full refund for the undelivered item.

I am experiencing an issue with a purchase I made on eBay. I bought an OPPO REALME phone, paid immediately, but the order was canceled by the seller who refunded me. However, the refund has not shown up in my bank account. When I contacted the seller, I received a response in Chinese. Upon checking the seller's items, I noticed the same phone listed at a higher price, although I paid the full asking price initially. The details of the transaction have disappeared from eBay, and I attempted to reorder but received a message saying bids cannot be accepted from me. I am frustrated and feel deceived by the seller, manusellOK. I believe this seller should be removed from eBay. My order number is 10-08[redacted]3, and my feedback on eBay is [redacted]% positive.

My eBay account has been repeatedly suspended because eBay believes that my items - erotic photos - do not comply with eBay's rules. My photos do not violate youth protection laws, as the photos in Playboy are more explicit and are sold on eBay without any issues. eBay's rules are designed in a way that even a photo of a dead mouse is enough to get an account suspended. I think eBay employees have quotas to meet to justify their existence. I understand that eBay alone decides what can be listed and what cannot. Therefore, filing a report would not be worthwhile. But eBay is still the biggest platform with the most customers. I would appreciate it if eBay could clearly explain what is wrong with the photos, I don't need empty phrases. Thank you. This is my third attempt to reach out regarding my recent order of Lancome Advanced Genifique. I initially had trouble with the order not going through, so I resubmitted it, only to find out both attempts were successful. After contacting Discover card, they confirmed the transactions, but this morning notified me that both orders were canceled. I would appreciate it if you could contact the seller on my behalf as I am not getting any resolution. I would like to proceed with receiving one bottle of the 2.5 fluid oz size. I have been repeatedly prompted by eBay to enter my SSN and "verify" seller payout funds to my bank account, despite receiving payouts in the past, with the most recent one on April 18, [redacted]. However, the funds have disappeared without any trace of them being available, pending, on hold, or currently accessible. It is frustrating that there seems to be no accountability or way to speak with a real person for assistance. The only available option is automated help, which is not helpful and just loops around without providing any solutions. It is disheartening to see the lack of concern from eBay, especially when they have collected considerable fees and have control over my money.

I am in need of assistance with my seller account on eBay. I am facing multiple issues with my account, and I am unable to login due to my account being suspended. However, I had previously reported that the item's description was misleading as it only mentioned the width (7.5 inches) and not the length. Upon realizing that the item was too small (7.5 inches long) for my needs (9 to 9.5 inches), I immediately requested to cancel the bid and purchased the correct size from another seller on eBay.
