These actions seem suspicious and not merely coincidental, as they bid just under the maximum bid each time, significantly increasing the final price of the items. On April 14, [redacted], my air conditioning order from Ebay was delivered by UPS to the first floor, though it was supposed to be taken to my apartment on the second floor. Due to the weight of the box, I am unable to move it. If the box is taken by someone else, a refund is necessary as I did not receive it. I am disabled, relying on online shopping due to mobility issues. UPS deliveries have consistently caused problems, prompting a need for better coordination to ensure items are delivered to the correct location. Hello, my name is Paulo and I have been an eBay customer for a few years. I have never encountered any issues with selling until now. Despite being aware of the UK eBay laws regarding firearms and similar items, my Airsoft BB gun was removed from my listings. It complies with all regulations, yet eBay took it down twice and suspended my selling privileges for three days. I have noticed other sellers listing complete BB guns, which I reported to eBay, but those listings remain active while mine was swiftly removed. It seems unfair that the rules are not applied consistently to all sellers. I appreciate eBay for its platform and enjoy both buying and selling, but there seems to be an inconsistency or oversight in enforcing the rules.

Due to the nature of the purchase being an intangible item, I understand they require extra verification. On February 1st of this year, I received an email from eBay notifying me about a listing being posted on my account. I've never sold anything on eBay, only bought items. Checking my account on February 3rd, I discovered logins from France and California, with the French login dating back to July 11, [redacted]. I took a screenshot before logging out all sessions. Wanting to resolve this, I changed my password and saw options to address this issue on the eBay website, but as I live outside the US, calling a US number was not feasible. I later found a form on the local eBay page (ending in .sg), submitted my details, and expected eBay to handle it. Recently, on February 24th, I found several emails from eBay, including a notification of an open case against me. Despite trying to contact eBay, I faced difficulties as the provided email was inactive. I have saved the form I filled out and pictures of the logged sessions, hoping eBay will assist in resolving this matter promptly.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with eBay for several months now. My gift cards were stolen from my car, and despite providing all the necessary information, including redemption codes and receipts, nothing has been resolved since November 22, [redacted]. I have spoken to about 20 customer service representatives, none of whom could give me a concrete answer. They kept promising it would be resolved within a week or 10 days, but it has now been almost seven months, and I still cannot speak to anyone in the claims department. I purchased an item from amazing-sale on Nov 14, [redacted], which turned out to be defective. Despite promises to send a new one, I never received the product or a refund. Despite my attempts to contact the seller for a resolution, the case was closed without any resolution. The total amount for the two pieces was usd21.76. I tracked an item shipped from Portugal that supposedly arrived at my house according to Canada Post, but it was never delivered. Despite my mom being home that day and no delivery made, Canada Post claimed it was dropped off. After contacting Canada Post, they admitted it was delivered to the wrong address but couldn't provide details. I had to ask the seller to reach out to eBay for assistance in locating my package. The seller accused me of trying to scam them and ignored my request to resolve the issue. The item I bought has sentimental value as it belonged to my deceased cousin. 1. I have attempted to buy the Salomon Men's Quest 4D 2 boots more than 10 times from 5 different sellers, only to be informed post-purchase that the item is unavailable. Despite my inquiries with the sellers about item availability, they assured me it was in stock, only to retract their claim after purchase. This pattern has left me puzzled.
2. A seller by the username "classyuinc" behaved unprofessionally. They abruptly canceled my order, provided no explanation, and proceeded to block me. This treatment has me bewildered. Is this standard eBay practice? Should buyers be blocked for non-shipped items?
3. After rightfully leaving negative feedback for "classyuinc," I noticed my comments were not displayed on their profile, with only one recent feedback visible. I had left a total of 5 reviews, none of which were shown. As a frequent customer, I am curious as to why negative feedback on canceled items disappears and does not impact a seller's rating.

Approximately a month ago, I received a mobile case (item ID: [redacted]89) that did not match its description after paying $14.90 with my credit card. I opened a return ticket with eBay and successfully sent the item back to the seller. Despite this, the seller only refunded me $8.95 without covering the return postage fees.
I firmly believe that the seller ought to reimburse not only the original amount of $14.90 but also an extra $3.90 to compensate for the postage expenses I incurred returning the item.
Hence, I kindly request a full reimbursement totaling $18.80, which accounts for an additional $9.85.

I made a purchase on eBay, but the item was not delivered. The seller used a tracking number that falsely shows delivery, as they are purchasing items from Amazon using their Prime account for cheaper prices and free shipping. USPS confirmed that the item was shipped through Amazon, not the eBay seller, which is why the tracking shows as delivered. Amazon usually replaces lost packages, but since I bought from eBay, I am not receiving any refund from the seller. This behavior violates eBay's policies, as I intended to purchase from an eBay seller, not directly from Amazon. Currently, I am out $13 due to this fraudulent situation, with no support from eBay.

I recently sold an item on eBay, and the buyer claimed they mistakenly bid due to financial issues. Despite paying more for shipping than I charged, I sent the item.
