Hello, I’m facing an issue with a buyer on eBay. I sold him some shoes, and he now wants a refund, claiming I sent him different shoes. This buyer seems to be trying to scam me by keeping the shoes I sent and sending me different ones for a refund. I have been an eBay member since [redacted], selling and buying shoes without any negative feedback until now. His account is new, created in [redacted], with no feedback, and there were delays in his payment. It's frustrating as he appears to be manipulating the situation. I'm seeking advice and urgently need to contact an eBay representative as the automated system hasn't been helpful.

On November 7th, I placed an order for six jars of Famous Dave's Signature Spicy Pickles, each 64oz. I received two tracking numbers, one for Pennsylvania and one for my location in Waikoloa, Hawaii. Despite the seller claiming that the product was delivered to me, it was actually sent to Pennsylvania. After a delay, the jars were eventually sent to my address in Waikoloa. However, upon inspection by the postmaster, I discovered that all six jars were shattered, resulting in broken glass and pickle juice. I refused the delivery and would like the seller to either send a new properly packaged order or refund the $[redacted].00.

I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but it was marked as shipped immediately, which seems suspicious since it's shipping from China. I mistakenly ordered an EverBrite LED Headlamp UV Blacklight and do not want it. The order was placed on Dec 9, [redacted], with order number 10-06[redacted]1 from seller vortexnite for a total of US $27.41, including two headlamps. The estimated delivery is on Tue, Dec 15. I need assistance as I do not want to incur return shipping costs. I followed eBay's policy of canceling within an hour, and the seller is not adhering to it. Your help is greatly appreciated. I recently received a notification that my package was delivered today at 1:00, but I did not receive it. I reached out to the seller for assistance and tracked the package on the UPS website using the tracking number, which showed it was delivered at my front door. I live in apartment #[redacted] and did not receive anything, even though UPS claims delivery with a proof note. I need urgent help to address this problem promptly.

Hello, I am currently working on integrating the eBay API with my platform and am facing some challenges receiving notifications for subscribed events. I would appreciate some assistance in troubleshooting this matter. I have successfully made a call to the "setNotificationPreferences" API to establish notification preferences. However, I have noticed a discrepancy in versions - the latest notification version is [redacted], while my API version reads as [redacted]. I arranged for my package (Tracking No: 33EWH[redacted][redacted]9, purchased at $[redacted]) to be redirected to my local post office on 13/11/20. According to the tracking number, it was held for redirection on 23/11/20. Despite not receiving any notification to pick it up within 5 days, I visited the post office, but they couldn't locate the parcel. I reported the issue to Auspost and informed the EBay seller, requesting a refund. The seller advised they would only refund once the parcel is officially deemed lost or returned to them. I escalated the matter to the EBay Resolution Center on 30/11/20, giving the seller until 10/12/20 to address it. Austpost informed the seller that the parcel was relabeled for redirection on 8/12/20. After reaching out to the seller today, 10/12/20, they shared that Australia Post couldn't locate the parcel. Unsure of next steps, I seek resolution and a prompt refund.

On December 9th around 11:00 am, while going through the payment process on eBay, I encountered issues using multiple gift cards. Despite attempting to apply an existing gift card with funds, the screen froze and then displayed a different balance, prompting me to pay extra due to a missing coupon. After using $[redacted], $[redacted], and another $[redacted] gift card, my balance reached $0. Strangely, eBay does not show any car cover purchased, and my gift cards seem to have vanished. I am reaching out to the seller but feeling lost about what steps to take next. As a dedicated eBay buyer for many years, I have never strayed to other platforms like Amazon. Facing health challenges including a stroke and recent heart attack, I'm struggling with this added stress. Desperately seeking assistance from eBay, I long for the smooth and trustworthy transactions we once had. After leaving the trickle battery charger on my battery for a couple of days, it exploded. The seller has only offered me 1.5 times the refund, which I accepted for now. However, I believe the charger is defective. Overcharging a battery can lead to it exploding due to the production of hydrogen gas, which is what I suspect happened. I am hesitant to use this charger again as it seems worthless to me. A new battery costs around $[redacted], and I am very dissatisfied with the compensation offered by the seller. - Jerald Tenelshof

I've been trying to reach eBay customer service regarding an antique clock I sold, but I keep getting messages saying they tried calling and no one answered. This has happened multiple times. When I try to print the shipping label, it shows USPS envelope instead of FedEx as listed. I'm having trouble changing it.

I received two cases of Monster on December 5th. Unfortunately, one case was incorrect. When trying to process an exchange online, I accidentally deleted my first account. My order number is 21-06[redacted]6, and the incorrect item number is [redacted]69. I prefer to resolve this matter over the phone with a live person instead of an automated system. Hello, I recently opened a seller account on eBay, but within an hour, my account got suspended. I reached out through online chat, answered some questions, and my account was reinstated. After about two weeks, I listed around 30 items, and when I contacted them, they even increased my item limit. However, just one day later, my account was suspended again. Now, I can only communicate through live chat, but they haven't provided any explanations for the suspension.

I purchased a [redacted] $2 note at an auction. The seller included $3.25 for shipping and handling in the total price. However, the seller shipped the item with regular postage and no tracking number, costing only $0.55. The seller declined to refund me $2.70, leading me to leave negative feedback. The seller also mentioned that if I bid on their items again in the future, they would remove them.

In [redacted], I engaged in buying and selling activities on Ebay utilizing my ex-wife's account while we were still married. Post our divorce, she reported this to Ebay, leading to the suspension of my selling account. Initially, in [redacted], Customer Service informed me of a 3-year ban on my account. Subsequently, I have been utilizing platforms like Etsy and Amazon. Recently, during an online chat, I was informed by an agent that my Ebay account has now been permanently suspended with no option for appeal. The agent provided generic responses, did not engage in a discussion or clarify the reason behind the permanent suspension. The chat abruptly ended without addressing any of my queries. Repeated attempts to contact Customer Service via chat resulted in receiving the same standardized responses without the opportunity to seek clarification or ask questions.

I placed an order on December 3, [redacted], with the order number 15-06[redacted]0 from craigframes. The order total was $37.30 for a Craig Frames Jasper rustic picture frame. It was delivered on Sunday, December 6. I requested a return the same day due to not being able to fit my picture in the frame with the same dimensions and because of the poor quality of the frame. The return item ID is [redacted]. The seller, craigframes, agreed to the return through eBay's online return center. Despite contacting the seller about the refund and return shipping payment, I did not receive a response. The item's policy states I am eligible for a free return within 30 days, with the seller covering the return shipping costs. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. I recently sold an iPhone 11 Pro Max in pristine condition to a buyer in Ukraine. Upon receiving the phone, they claimed it wasn't working, despite it being in flawless condition with no scratches. I advised them to try turning it on by holding the power button for 7 seconds, but they have not responded. I have a strict no return policy, and the buyer opened a dispute. I am fighting against a refund as the phone is essentially new. PayPal currently has a hold on my balance of $8.49, and I'm eager to have the funds released back into my account. I placed an order in October and was informed that my items would be available for pickup at Londis Chestnut in Mitcham on November 5th. Due to the lockdown, I have not received anything yet. This afternoon, while searching for a repair manual for my recently purchased vehicle, I couldn't find what I needed. Later, I got a notification on my phone for a "Hot item" that turned out to be the manual I wanted. I clicked the link, pressed "Buy it now," and paid for it. Realizing I didn't have enough funds, I added money to complete the transaction. Shortly after, I got a message to "finish and pay," so I confirmed it again, unintentionally purchasing another manual from a different seller at the same price. I quickly tried to cancel one order, but it didn't work. I believe this confusion was due to eBay's notifications and identical prices. Despite one manual already being shipped, I feel eBay is to blame, and I want a refund promptly. This experience is frustrating, and I hope eBay rectifies it by returning my money.

I would appreciate it if someone could review the messages I've exchanged with the seller. Unfortunately, the item I purchased arrived in poor condition and was missing parts. I had to spend time fixing it myself. The seller has proposed that I send $15 via PayPal to their email address and provide my PayPal account details so they can send a replacement bird cage since they are out of the missing parts. As a 70-year-old single woman living in a senior housing complex in Florida, I am unsure if this is a safe course of action. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
