I placed an order on eBay for a Hi-Fi sound system valued at £[redacted].00, with the delivery set for October 29th. However, the tracking shows it was delivered on October 27th to an unknown recipient at an unknown location. I've been trying to contact customer service with no success. Today is October 31st, and I urgently need to know where my delivery was left and who received it. I'm extremely disappointed with this situation and would appreciate a refund considering all the issues with this order. The current contactless delivery process due to COVID-19 worries me, as in the past, the courier would hand over the package or return it if no one was home. I hope my item wasn't left out in the open for everyone to see. Please, I need your prompt assistance.

I previously contacted EBAY regarding being taxed on supplement purchases in New York State. Despite supplements being tax-exempt, I noticed tax was added to my recent orders for Bentonite clay (food grade) and Probiotics. The reference number for my inquiry is SR 1-[redacted]10. I provided eBay with the relevant New York tax code and was advised to reach out if this tax issue arose so it could be corrected.

On 10/24/20, I bought 2 USA dual port fuel filters from discountingonline ([redacted]), known for their 99.9% positive rating. The purchase was for a Stihl BR500, BR550, BR600 blower model. Using the "buy it now" feature, the product arrived on 10/29/20. Surprisingly, I didn't receive any tracking information from the seller, only the delivery. The unusual part is that eBay has no record of this transaction in my purchase history. After noticing the payment through PayPal, I contacted them to find out that the seller had the delivery and tracking details but didn't provide them to me. eBay, however, showed no trace of the purchase. This lack of information makes it challenging for me to give feedback or track my orders effectively. It would be great if you could investigate this issue and update me with any insights. There seems to be a discrepancy that needs to be addressed.

I need to return three watches. The first one, a small gold watch, doesn't work and a jeweler mentioned that the mechanism is beyond repair. The second and third watches, advertised as thin gold and silver watches, are actually thick and bulky. Can you please provide me with the address to return these items to eBay? A couple of years ago, my account was suspended erroneously due to a fee issue, which was resolved by a helpful representative. Surprisingly, upon logging into eBay today after a long absence, I discovered my account had been suspended again. Despite not utilizing the platform regularly and having no recent transactions, customer service informed me of being considered a risk. I am puzzled and concerned about this sudden action and lack of detailed explanation. I suspect a possible hack or error. I fell in love with a pair of Stuburt golf shoes I bought in Scotland two years ago. I recently found the same shoes on eBay but received a size UK-7 instead of the USA 10 I ordered. I returned them on 10/14/[redacted] and requested the correct size but have not received any updates. My order number is 25-05[redacted]3, and I paid $58.09 on my Visa card. I bought a shotgun barrel on eBay from seller MaximumR on November 1, [redacted], for $[redacted].00 plus $28.48 for a total of $[redacted].48. The seller contacted me claiming potential damage while trying to remove something from the fixed part of the barrel which should not be altered. I asked for clarification and photos of the alleged damage, but received neither. The seller then unexpectedly refunded my money without permission, citing fear and uncertainty about sending a damaged or missing item. It appears suspicious whether the seller intentionally damaged the barrel, lied about it, or simply changed their mind about the price.

I requested a refund from an eBay seller (username: bnson_21) for a leather jacket that was significantly cheaper and different from the one advertised. I returned the jacket via USPS at a cost of $99.00. The jacket originally cost me $[redacted].60, totaling $[redacted].60. USPS shipped the package on October 17, and it was delivered on October 30. I provided the USPS tracking information, but they claim they never received the merchandise. I have evidence from the post office confirming the delivery on October 30. It is unfair for eBay to protect sellers who engage in dishonest advertising practices to profit from trusting customers.

We recently sold an iPad on eBay, and three weeks after the buyer received it, he complained about scratches that were not there when we sold it to him. We had clearly stated in the listing that there were no refunds. However, eBay decided in favor of the buyer, and we had to refund him. We then had to pay Apple over $[redacted] to replace the now scratched screen. Now, we are receiving a collection notice from CBE group stating that we owe $[redacted].18 from the sale. I don't understand why I should be responsible for money from a reversed sale. Not only did I have to cover the repairs for the iPad, but now I'm being pursued for additional funds. I need help resolving this matter, as CBE group claims only eBay can stop their collection efforts.

Order No. 01-05[redacted]8 for the Plano tackle boxes 4-pack, shipped from Fragar [redacted], has not been received. The order was placed on 10-23-20, and the tracking information shows delivery on 10-27-20. However, the item was never received at my address, [redacted] Summit Drive, Hellertown, PA [redacted]. I contacted UPS, and after investigating, they confirmed that the item was delivered but not to me or my address. I have filed a case on eBay (#[redacted]) for your review. Despite a message saying the case is resolved because the seller provided a tracking number showing delivery, I have spoken with UPS again, and they verified that the tracking number is linked to a different recipient at a different address. I purchased a computer on eBay, and it arrived earlier than expected. However, upon inspection, I discovered several issues that were not disclosed in the item description. The screen has visible pixel problems with white spots, the battery needs replacing, the device overheats frequently, and the speakers produce very poor sound quality akin to a frying noise. I believe I am facing mistreatment from both the seller of an item I purchased and Ebay. Ebay is wrongly accusing me of attempting to contact the seller outside of their platform, which is not true. In reality, I am trying to report the seller for this behavior towards me. I have been an Ebay seller with a flawless track record for over 20 years and I am not breaking any rules. I am simply trying to report the seller's misconduct to Ebay, but it seems like Ebay is siding with the seller and even threatening to suspend my account. I urgently need Ebay to review my case, examine all communications, vindicate me from these allegations, and help me resolve this situation. Please assist. - Scott D. The purchased item did not match the description as it was represented as sterling silver and turquoise when in reality it was not. Upon inspection with a jeweler, it was found that the initials on the item were stamped, not signed, and the turquoise was man-made plastic. The "sterling silver" turned out to be a silver metal layer over a copper, nickel, and zinc alloy, causing skin discoloration. I am puzzled about why case [redacted] was closed. I placed an order for four items, but I only received one. After contacting the seller on Oct 18 and agreeing for them to send another package, I have yet to receive the remaining items or any shipping updates. Despite me indicating in my request that I only received one item out of the four ordered and paid for, the seller claims the order was delivered. However, the order was incomplete. I am unsure why my request was denied and I really want the items I purchased. Should I provide copies of my messages, or is there a way for you to review them?
