Hello. I'm writing about my recent book Order ***-*****-*****, Item ************* for FDR: A Political Biography by Stefan Lorant. The seller, HANSON**** (****) agreed to my return request under reason "Doesn't match description or photos." I printed the free return shipping label that I received and was about to return the book for a full refund, as I requested. I was expecting to receive the hardcover edition of the book but instead received the softcover edition, which I don't want. The seller soon sent me a message objecting to the reason for return that I selected. I found the book through Bookfinder.com, which led me to many listings including the one I chose on ebay. The Bookfinder description stated hardcover. I couldn't tell from the picture on ebay that the book was actually the paperback edition that I didn't want because the hardcover with dust jacket looks identical to the paperback. And I didn't notice that the ebay description stated paperback. I would like to change the reason for return (to Ordered by mistake or something else that you recommend) so as not to hurt the seller in any way but also to use the free return shipping label that I printed and to then receive a full refund. I believe this would resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction. I don't know how to do this myself, and, in fact, the book seems to have disappeared from my purchase history. Please help.
