I recently received a final decision from eBay Customer Support regarding my case where I claimed the item was not received. The seller provided tracking information indicating delivery to my address, and accordingly, a refund will not be issued. If dissatisfied, I have the option to submit an appeal. The order in question was for "Star Trek Picard Season 1" on DVD with free shipping, totaling $10.61. Despite my efforts to address the issue with the seller citing missing delivery, the case was closed without resolution. My subsequent email to the seller outlining the situation was not fruitful, leading me to file an appeal to eBay on October 17, [redacted], which remains unanswered. I feel let down by the automated responses and lack of personal support from eBay, especially given my long-standing history as a customer. I strongly believe the seller's actions reflect a scam, supported by numerous negative reviews sharing similar experiences. Moreover, the absence of their items for sale suggests questionable practices. I adamantly request a refund and express my disappointment in eBay's handling of the matter compared to Amazon's efficient issue resolution process.

As a Power Seller, I have been facing challenges with eBay's defect system lately. Recently, eBay removed a Benchmade knife listing, stating it was an automatic knife when it was clearly described as manually operated with a thumb stud. I have appealed this decision. Additionally, a Gerber boot knife I sold was given a defect for not providing tracking information, even though I had done so within my handling and shipping timeline. I sold the knife on 10-22, provided tracking on 10-23, and it was shipped the same day. I am hoping eBay rectifies these errors promptly.

I have raised a case regarding a purchase I made on October 19. The initial tracking number provided by the seller was incorrect, leading me to believe the item had been delivered when it had not. The seller admitted the mistake and promised a new tracking number, but I never received it. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with eBay, the case has been closed without a refund. I'm questioning a seller's statements. The seller claims that I will need to pay eBay directly, and they will only receive payment after I've had the vehicle for a 5-day inspection period. The vehicle is currently at the shipping company, set for delivery. Supposedly, we have free shipping, and the vehicle should arrive within 3 days for a 5-day inspection period. The seller is asking for my information (name, address, and phone number) to register me as the buyer. After this, eBay will supposedly send me an email with terms and conditions, stating that I am not obligated to buy, and confirming that the transaction is conducted through eBay. I purchased lugnuts ([redacted]10) from one seller and a front spoiler lip ([redacted]85) from another seller. The spoiler was of poor quality, so I initiated a return, which was accepted. Initially, I also started a return for the lugnuts but later decided to keep them. I have the lugnuts and the return label. I mailed back the spoiler and handed it to the mailman, but the seller claims they did not receive it. Surprisingly, I received an email confirming the return and credit for the lugnuts, possibly due to a label mix-up. Despite USPS tracking showing delivery of the lugnuts, the seller hasn't confirmed receiving the correct item. I'm struggling to get rdCobra91 to respond to my message to clarify the received item, as it was not the lugnuts. The unresponsive seller is magicdrift_aerodynamics.

I purchased an item from a seller and requested tracking details. The seller claims to have sent it via FedEx but has not provided the tracking number despite my inquiries. I initiated a refund, asking the seller not to ship the item. However, after this, the seller insists the item was shipped but still has not shared the tracking information. The seller accepted the return without responding to my messages. I'm puzzled because how can I return something I never received if the seller is uncooperative?

Hello, I purchased an Epson copier a few months ago and have been very disappointed with its performance. Today, while trying to make a copy of a coupon, I faced several issues. The copier produced blank papers, printed two barely visible copies of the coupon, printed one regular-sized coupon with stipulations underneath, and made noises as if a copy was about to be printed. I hardly used the copier as I was in New York for the last four months. The model is WF-[redacted], serial number XZTF526467, and product number C11CF24201. Despite attempts from a friend and a computer professional to fix it, the problems persist. I would like to return the copier as it has been a frustrating experience. I've placed an order for a Wireless MINI Mouse & Ultrathin Keyboard Set for my Apple iPad MINI Tablet from this supplier. Unfortunately, the mouse is faulty despite multiple attempts to install it correctly as per the instructions provided. The supplier has not offered a refund or sent a replacement product. In my attempts to resolve this, I reached out to eBay mid-process, only to be directed back to the supplier who continues to send instructions instead of a solution. Now, I am finding it difficult to contact eBay directly for further assistance as their links do not provide a clear path. The item number of the purchase is [redacted]78. I kindly request either a fully functional replacement mouse for my Apple iPad mini 3 or a refund.

I placed an order on October 19, and shortly after, I received a message stating the item was delivered on October 15 due to an error in the tracking number provided by the seller. They acknowledged the mistake and promised to send the correct tracking information, which I still have not received. eBay closed the case, but after reaching out to them on Saturday, they said they would investigate further. I am experiencing an issue with a buyer regarding a missing item. I recently sold an item, but it seems to have disappeared during the packing process due to my ongoing downsizing efforts. Despite offering a larger backpack as a replacement or a refund, the buyer declined both options and insists on receiving the original item. I searched through storage in case it was misplaced but had no luck finding it. I communicated this to the buyer, offering a refund instead, but they continue to demand the original pack and seem to believe I am not being truthful.

Username on eBay: hashi_lou Case Number: [redacted] I recently had a buyer who bought an item and claimed it was defective. I tried to respond by providing detailed information and asking how they installed the computer component. I am confident the buyer installed it incorrectly as I thoroughly tested the item before selling it. However, every time I try to submit a response to the case, I get an "Access Denied" error. I have tried from different devices but still can't respond, and the funds have been taken from my PayPal account. Please let me respond before the case is decided in the buyer's favor since I haven't had the chance to reply yet.

I purchased a rack and pinion from eBay seller "autoparts." Unfortunately, the part did not fit my vehicle as advertised. After several emails back and forth with the seller, I provided all the necessary details including the VIN number. The seller acknowledged that the part was incorrect and offered a $10 credit if I kept it or a full refund of $[redacted].66 if I returned it. I opted for the return and requested prepaid labels, which took over two weeks to arrive. I finally shipped the new part back to the seller at the specified address in Ontario, CA, using FedEx tracking number [redacted]20. The package was signed for on 10/05/[redacted]. I bought 8 $[redacted] eBay cards totaling $[redacted] for a down payment on a [redacted] Ford E350 Winnebago Minnie 22E listed on eBay Motors with Order ID [redacted]47. I was told to scratch the cards and email the 13 digits to eBay-Motors <[redacted] Concerned, I consulted with my daughter who warned me that eBay only uses PayPal. Checking the phone number provided, it was flagged as a scam. When I mentioned PayPal, the caller disconnected. I am seeking a refund as the local store won't reimburse me. The cards are intact and unused. All I want is my $[redacted] back.

I bought a coffee pot on the 25th and attempted to cancel it the same day without any response from the seller until the 27th, claiming it was delivered when it wasn't. Hello, today I attempted to purchase an item from the seller xenonexperts. Specifically, it was the Xentec HID Xenon Conversion Kit. I made the purchase as a guest buyer. I am currently experiencing issues with making purchases on your platform. Yesterday, I attempted to make several purchases and was prompted with the message: "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option." Despite double-checking my information, the problem persists. I have contacted customer service today and unfortunately spoke with four different representatives, each requiring me to repeat my situation. Regrettably, my call was disconnected during my conversation with the fourth person. I have since been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at E-bay to resolve this matter. The lack of resolution has left me disappointed in the company's customer service for buyers like myself.
